"hi everyone~!" i smiled, walking to the table as well. jay had jungwon on his lap, resting his head on his boyfriend's shoulder while the latter ate his sandwich. seungmin and changbin had their hands under the table, and i could see them interlocked when i came over and sat down. hyunjin was standing over by a tree, taking photos and then looking down at his phone. i felt a buzz in my pocket and took out mine, unplugging my headphones and putting them in my bag.

i looked up to see hyunjin walk back to the table, a small smile on his face. he patted seungmin's shoulder and he moved to sit next to felix, ruffling his hair a little bit.
"hi~" he greeted me, waving his hand. "sorry, i forgot your name..what was it again?"
"it's jeongin, but you could call me i.n! most people do anyways." i said, a smile on my face as i waved back. "hyunjin, right?" he nodded, confirming my guess.
"the one and only~" he smiled. "so i've heard you've planned us coming to the park? i've been here in district 9 all my life and i've never once come to this park, just the ones on the south side of town."
i looked at him in surprise. he looked like someone who had a wealthy family, and from the rumors i've heard about him, he was. "so..have you been anywhere outside of district 9?"
"unfortunately no, i haven't." hyunjin said, a small frown on his face. "i've been to a couple places, but it was always here or on the edges of town, never outside of it."
i decided not to press on the subject, seeing as it made hyunjin a little sad. i changed the subject and we all talked and ate, having fun as we did so.
at the same time, we never realized what time it was until the cold breeze brushed by our table, sending shivers down my back.
i checked my phone and realized it was 8:47 pm. "guys, it's almost nine..." i yawned, not realizing how tired i was. i showed them my phone, displaying the time. "we should head home, it's dark already."
"aww, but i wanted to hang out with you guys more!" sunoo cried, saddened that we all had to leave. jungwon pouted a little too, but he also yawned, starting to give in to his tiredness and he leaned back into jay's chest, who only held onto him tighter.
