"I'm sorry to inform you but this number is no longer in service." Those words brought his world crashing done. This was it. This was the sign that no matter how much he apologizes, she wasn't going to give him a chance. She had given up on him. She would follow in the footsteps of everyone else that had left him.
He couldn't handle the pain. How was he going to tell his parents that he once again screwed up another relationship because he couldn't think straight and keep it in his pants. No lies or excuses could help him now. The relationship was down and once again he ruined his life. He lost what had made him want to be a better man. Now how was he going to move on without her by his side? He could no longer think about the future. How could he when she was the future he envisioned?
"I'm sorry" he whispered as he heard the dial tone go blank. Travis couldn't stop these thoughts as he shakily hung up and locked his phone. God, what a idiot he had been to hurt the girl he had promised forever to. How could he been that selfish to hurt her like that?
