4:34pm, Olivia
The posters are all over the city. She pulls the poster off of a lamppost and reads "flexilab is looking for volunteer's to take part in a Covid-19 vaccine trial between the 20th and 29th of June. All participants must be over the age and 18 and must not of had Covid within the last four weeks of the trials start. if you eligible and want to take part please call the number below".
"volunteer's" is a strong word she thought, the word on the street is they are paying people £2000 if they make it to the final phase of the trial, which didnt make any scene to her. She shrugs her shoulders and folds the poster up and puts in her pocket to call the number later, £2000 may not seem like a lot to some people, but to Olivia, any extra money was in great need afters losing her job to Covid.
She walks home through the park to avoid the most amount of people, She couldnt risk getting ill, not now. once home she pulls the now slightly crumpled posters out of the pocket and ponders for a second on whether or not she should call the number, after deciding its better now or never she dials the number and waits for an answer. "Hello" says a sweet voice, "this is flexilab reception im Andrea how can i help you today" and that was is, a deal with the devil.
