"So, everyone have their own way using magic?" I asked, and both Ace and Deuce nodded
"Stuff you good at, you can go off instinct" Ace said
"At any rate, I'm going in there. I'll figure out how to beat that thing and come back with the magic crystal" Deuce said
"But you can't go by yourself! That's risky!" I said
"Oh please. Judging by the chandelier incident and your actions so far, you're a complete idiot, aren't you? You couldn't even land a single hit earlier, but now you'll 'figure it out'? It's going to end the same" Ace said. and that made Deuce mad
"Come again!? You think of..." Then they started arguing
"Here we go again" Grim sighed, and I felt something snap inside me
"Will you two knock it off!?" I shouted as I hit them with my paper fan, and they looked shocked
"Whoa. Why are you shouting all of a sudden?" Grim asked looking a bit scared, and I took a deep breath and calmed down
"How about we all come up with a plan for once? Let's put our heads together" I said
"Put our heads together..." Then Ace laughed "Ha! You're funny. You have no problem saying lame things with a serious face, huh"
"Agreed. No way I'm working with this loser" Deuce said
"But it'll be even more lame if you guys got expelled on the first day. I bet everyone will make fun of you both for that for a long time, and I bet your family will be very disappointed too" I said and I saw them flinch when I said that
"Uh... That's..."
"...."
"You're very blunt, Kagome" Grim said
"Alright. Here's the plan..." I said as I started to explain to them my plan
No One P.O.V Dwarf's Mine - Entrance
"You... really think it'll go as planned? I'm sca... no, just nervous" Grim said
"Don't worry too much Grim. I'm sure everything will go as planned" Kagome said hoping to calm down Grim
"Right. Let's go!" Deuce said as they started entering the mine once again
Inside the Mine
"Hey, beasty! O-O-Over here!" Grim yelled and the monster noticed them
"Grrrrrrrr.... LeaAAAAAAAAAAAAVE!!!!" The monster shouted as it made its way towards them
"Gah! It's coming!" Grim cried
"We're over here you freaky monster!" Kagome shouted
"Gr!? There... thief... too... Won't give.... Mine.... MINE!!" The monster shouted again as the monster used its fist to hit her, luckily Kagome dodged out of the way
"Pyah! That punch looks like a knockout if it hit you!" Grim said
"Let's try to lure it away from the tunnel quick!" Kagome said as they continued to provoke the monster. Then the monster started to chase after them
"Go away!! Go away!!!" The monster said as it followed them
"It's pretty far from the tunnel now!" Grim said
"Ace, now!" Kagome said
"Ok, I got this! Let's go! Extra Large Tempest!" Ace said as he used his wind magic on the monster
"And the Great Grim's Fire Special! Ffgnaaaaaaaaa!" Grim spit out his fire breath and both magic merged into one and it was effective
"Guaaaaaaaaa!!?" The monster screamed in pain
