Chapter 4

Olivia

I had just got off work i was excited and very nervous , it has been a while since i have been in a club atmosphere and plus it was a friday & mlk day is monday so knowing that i wouldnt be back in this place until wednesday felt great ..

walking down the long hallway i was ready to leave but i was dreading this long hour and a half drive home .

i love living in a secluded area , but when it came to things like going to work or simply going to the grocerie store i hated it

for some strange reason i cant get August off of my mind ..

Just looking at him the other day when he came into my office made my panties moist , the way he licked his lips everytime he spoke in his thick accent , the way he smelled , and his dress game all mad me want to give away my innocence ..

for some strange reason his aggresion and the way he spoke to me and took charge even kinda turned me on , to a certain extent

id be damned if i let a nigga disrespect me ..

i was so rapped up in my thoughts that i almost missed the turn into my drive way .

what was actually an hour almost two hour drive .. saying that i left the office around 7

with me being so preoccupied in my thoughts about August , time flew by .

i turned in quickly and drove into the garage , turning my car off i hopped out and walked in side ..

it felt so good coming home to a nice quite clean house . but it sucked coming home to a house that felt so empty and lonely

kicking my shoes off at the door i noticed it was almost nine and thats when i remembered that Mia was coming to get me at 10 ..

i meantly rolled my eyes in frustration , realising that it would take me an hour to get ready

i went and started my shower . i stripped out of my clothes and stood there starring at myself , thinking of why someone would cheat on me

why couldnt Charles just wait on me until i was ready to give away my most prized possesion ..

its like alls he wanted was sex & when he finally realized he wouldnt be getting it from me until i was ready he decided to go get it from somewhere else ..

a single tear ran down my face

id be lying if i said that him cheating on me did not hurt .

i thought he was the love of my life . i thought he was who i was going to spend the rest of my life with ..

he was all i had left , him and Mia were my only family .

coming up i didnt knoe who my dad was .. because my mom was nothing more than a two dollar whore ..

even though she treated me as if i wasnt shit i still loved her and her dying took a big toll on me .

" Go bestfriend thats my bestfriend , YAASSS you betta you betta ohh go bestfriend thats my bestfriend "

the sound of my phone going off snapped me outta my thoughts .

i instantly knew it was Mia , because she set that ring tone for whenever she calls me and vise versa

i hopped out the shower remembering that i was suppose to be getting dressed ..

"hello" i answered in a duhh tone

" you better be getting dressed .. "

" yessss i am " i said in a giggle

" okay " she said in a releived type of voice " ill be there at 10 and you better be ready and looking sexy "

* beep the sound of the dial tone went off , saying that she had hung up in my face

i dont know what im going to do with this girl .. Lord help me

i went to the closet to get what i was going to wear

i decided to go with this short blue cheatah print dress that i had just bought a couple weeks back ..

i decided that tonight would be the perfect night to wear it

knowing that it was to short and tight to wear any place else

i decided tonight i wanted to wear my hair up in a high bun

saying that i had already spent too much time in the shower day dreaming

i would not have enough time to straighten or curl it and wear it down

i put on some nude lip gloss and a little bit of foundation , i have never been to big on make up .

ill wear lip stick here and there , but other than that nothing to major

i slipped on my black ankle hills and walked over to the mirror staring at how good the dress fit and hugged my body .

i stood there admiring my bodie , but there was still Something that i was missing ... but i just could not put my finger on it

so i just decided that i would just go ahead and get my other things together , and that if it was something important that it would come back to me

seems like as soon as i was walking down the stairs the door bell rang ..

i instantly knew it was Mia

she pulled my hand rushing me out of the door

that is when i realised that i wasnt wearing earrings

i grabbed my purse and phone locked up & we headed out .

i was a bit frantic because i hated not wearing earrings

i fell like that is something that every girl should always have on

me personally , i do not feel right if i am not wearing earrings

" MIA !! " i said slightly screaming

" what Liv damn " she said dramtically putting her hand over her heart like she was going to have a heart attack

" forgot my earrings , we gotta go back "

" really nigga " she said bursting out like something was funny

" of so its funny "

" nooo of course not " she said trying to hold back another laugh

" just wear these " she said placing some diamond studs in my hand

i mean mugged the hell out of her as i placed the earrings in my ear ..
" thanks , wake me up when wr get to the club " i said in a yawn .

i knew it was going to be a little bit of a drive saying that i live out so far .

i might as well take a power nap on the way there , i had a feeling that tonight was going to be a longggg night

" okay Liv " Mia said still laughing a little bit from earlier ..
