why there's pepsi cans on the floor, i don't know / i try to make small talk, i'm horrible at it though
do you wonder where we go? / when our breathing starts to slow / no?
no. / guess it's just me then / perhaps you have faith, maybe believe in heaven / that sounds nice, rumbles my traitorous throat again
you draw a heart on my corduroy pants and i grin / my paper plane fluffs at your bangs like the wind / the sinews of your arms go right through me / i'm dying, oh god / i'm so glad people knew me
a wind chime unshackles from your lips / you're losing your grip / in our stolen melee, so foreign is reality
you draw away, the stars unite as your safety net / the car seats are hard as your heart, let alone your bed / our feet tangle up in a conversian maze / it's a one-sided minuet, a half-assed clique
but is it? / i don't think so, i utter as i laugh / your frame arches down like the world's on your back / love or like love or like? i chant in the dark
