As I gazed up at the sky, I couldn't help but feel a sense of melancholy wash over me. The vast expanse above was devoid of any twinkling stars, leaving the darkness to reign supreme. But as I stood there, lost in thought, a realization dawned on me. Perhaps the absence of light was not a bad thing after all. Maybe, just maybe, the darkness had its own unique beauty that was often overlooked. As I pondered this, my mind drifted to my own life. I couldn't help but feel like I was being taken for granted, like no one saw the brightness that lay within me. But just like the darkness, I knew that I too had something special to offer. All I needed was for someone to appreciate it, to see the beauty that lay just beneath the surface. i sat alone in my room, staring out the window as the raindrops pattered against the glass. my mind was consumed with thoughts of him, wishing that he felt the same way she did. I longed for the day when he would be certain of his love for me, but it seemed like that day would never come. Despite the uncertainty, i couldn't help but laugh at myself for still wanting him. It was him and no one else that i desired, and i knew that it would always be him. my heart belonged to him, and i couldn't imagine it any other way.
