JAUNE ARC (PART 1)

Winter was also shocked and felt a tinge of sadness at seeing what happened to Qrow on screen. While the two may have argued a lot, she held a deep respect for Qrow in battle as the man was one of the best huntsmen she's ever seen.

Eventually, Jaune turned around and began to walk back to his car, when someone stood in front of him and his car. She was a woman, pretty at that too and just a few centimeters shorter than him. She wore a black dress that hung just below her knees and had an umbrella that obscured her face. She then tilted the umbrella revealing the smiling face of Nora Valkyrie, "Heya Jaune-Jaune." She greeted with a big grin on her face, causing Jaune to give a small smile at his old nickname.

"AWW Yeah! Here's Nora to save the day!" Nora exclaimed happy to see her counterpart and hoped she would cheer up Jaune.

Ren blushed heavily at seeing the older version of Nora, noticing some of her 'developments'. "You look good Nora." He complimented her, causing said girl to blush.

"I'm glad to see Jaune give a smile even if it is a small one." Ruby said, noticing how the blonde had not smiled once since the world began. She also felt guilty seeing as he was sad because she died.

"Nora, it's good to see you again." He greeted his long time friend, before the two grasped each other in a tight hug.

"I'm sorry about Ruby Jaune. You've been doing okay?" She asked, her voice sounding more sympathetic now.

Jaune dropped the small smile and stared at her, "I..." He began, before swallowing trying to hold back the tears. "Why did she have to die? I finally found someone that I loved, someone that made me feel like I wasn't a tool. Why her? Ruby did nothing wrong, why do all the good people have to die?" His voice was broken, despite no tears leaking out of his eyes, "I'm I just cursed or something?" His asked mainly himself.

Ruby stood up from her seat, tears flowing from her eyes but she had an angry expression, "YOU ARE NOT CURSED JAUNE!! DON'T EVER SAY THINGS LIKE THAT!!!" Ruby shouted, she hated seeing her crush think so lowly of himself.

"Easy Kiddo, sometimes loss makes people think like that." Qrow explained trying to calm down his niece. This was really giving him bad memories of the aftermath with what happened to Summer.

"I wonder what he means by someone who made him feel like he wasn't a tool?" Winter questioned with a hand on her chin.

Oz and Glynda also hummed in interest, they still weren't sure what exactly Jaune was in this world.

"I don't think you're cursed Jaune, sometimes life is just unpredictable." Nora explained trying to comfort her friend, "Don't blame yourself, it'll only hurt more if you do." She said resting a reassuring hand on his shoulder.

Jaune sighed, he was truly thankful she was doing this but that's when he noticed something, "So....where's Ren?" He asked realizing that the dragon boy was not with her.

Ever since the two started dating, they've been inseparable. That only increased when they announced their marriage. Then both Nora and Ren moved out of Vale to raise their infant daughter Lie Mei.

Ren choked a bit on his saliva and stared at the screen with wide eyes, while the usual energetic Nora turned into a blushing mess. "We have a daughter..." She muttered, her blushing increased, not that she wouldn't mind having a kid with Ren but still.

Team Rwby and Pyrrha smirk at the two, as they refuse to make eye contact with each other.

Ozpin gave a small chuckle as he looked at his two students, "Young love, so pure and innocent."
