I've spent the past six years looking for my mate. When a wolf turns sixteen that's when they are eligible for one and it usually doesn't take more then a year to find one since all the packs are connected but it seems my mate might not be in a pack at all and could be a rogue which isn't good for my reputation. My mother Luna Diana and my father Alpha Killian are giving me six months to find her the same time they step down from being head alpha and Luna, and if not it'll go to my sister and her mate whom I'd happily rips head off.

I've taken up the help of a wolf Sharman to help locate my mate, she tells me that she is in Greenside a place wolves rarely go since it's furthest from trees and nature, in some way if she is a rogue she's smart, very smart going to a place no sane wolf would go.
I don't enjoy humans, no wolf does; they're messy, and Destroy nature luckily human and the wolf council made a deal to keep humans out of pack territory as long as wolves remained a secret.

I brought along Nate, my friend, and Liam, my sister's annoying mate, since my parents wanted me to be extra safe since Liam is a warrior wolf.
We all decided on going to the local coffee shop to advise a plan on finding my mate, Liam of course didn't care if I did or didn't since he'd be alpha if I don't, "this place is huge, how are we to find your mate in a place like Greenside?" Nate says in a whisper as he looks over the menu.

"We start at one end and scour through to the other... A good thing about a place with nearly to no wolves is that finding one should be a little easier, " I say, tapping a finger impatiently, "are you even ready to be alpha?" Liam questions, pouring a packet of sugar into his mouth, I let out a low snarl that I cut off really quick and clear my throat."I am... I've killed many Rogue's and fought over land and protected my pack including your sorry Hyde so show me some respect before I rip your tongue out" I whisper in a threatening tone when a wave of calmness washes over me and the scent of lavender and sandalwood runs through my senses making my eyes dilate. All three of us turn to look up at the waitress who had stopped at our table since they both saw the shift in my eyes when I smelt it.

My eyes connect with a pair of bright green eyes, her brunette hair up in a bun with loose strands falling around her ears and forehead, she's five foot two give or take, and looks to kind for a place like this.
Her eyes then move to Liam and Nate, giving me no choice but to hold back my nature of grabbing her and forcing her to look back at me... It really didn't take long to find her.

"What can I get you'se?" She questions her eyes moving to the notepad in her hand while a pen stays firm in the other, she's wearing short denim pants and a blue shirt that's tucked into the pants with the logo on it with a small apron around her waist that holds another two pens and an unopened notepad, her legs are light tanned with no hair on her feet tennis shoes, her voice made every fibre of my being stand on end.
"What would you recommend?" I respond, continuing to eye her as her legs shift the weight on her feet... How long had she been working? She's probably in pain from standing so long. This isn't okay she should be in my bed resting and letting me look after her.

"Well I personally don't like coffee so I'd get a hot chocolate extra chocolate, four marshmallows with cinnamon on top with a strawberry and cream croissant but you all seem like guys who enjoy stuff like steak and pizza" she says with a laugh that squints her eyes just right you can see the reflection of the light in them, "you calling us fat?" Nate says laughing, she shakes her head keeping the smile "no I'm just saying you all probably eat more calories to bulk up. I'm assuming you go to the gym?" She says, glancing over all of us. All I want to do is hold her gaze, but she can't seem to get that hint, and who the hell is Jim?
