In the magical world of Aethoria, every child is born with a special gift, a power that sets them apart from others. But not every child is born equal. Some are born with more powerful powers than others, some are born with useless powers and some are born without any powers at all. That was the same case for Emery.

Emery was born and raised in Aethoria. She was raised like every other child in Aethoria, but not treated like one.

Even when she looked like one of the other children, everyone treated her like shit. Emery was homeschooled because of this, No one bothered her after this.

As Emery grew older, the town where she lived got more dangerous for someone without powers so she got send away to a place far away from her town, on her own.

Emery moved to another city far away without her parents. She missed her parents and her hometown but she was glad she could make a new start at a new school, where no one knows she had no gifts like them.

At first, Emery was excited to start over in a new place. But things quickly took a turn for the worse when she realized that the students at her new school were just as cruel as the ones in her old town.

They taunted her, teased her, abused her, and made her feel like an outcast, And that wasn't the worst thing about the new town, she also got bullied by the prince, the crown prince.

But Emery didn't let them walk over her. She always fought back, even when they were stronger then her.
