Story of forgoten kamen riders

the beggining of the story

At the beggining we see a man with a book in his hand. He open the book and start reading 

"according to this book in september of 2018, the ordinary high schooler Tokiwa Sougo embarks on a path to become the demon king of time, Ohma Zi-o. But he change his pages after meeting Geiz Myokoin and tsukuyomi to become a kind king. And so his journey was met with complications but he continued. Collecting the riderwatches, defeating another Riders, and stoping the time jackers. During his journey Sougo developt a friendship with Geiz and Tsukuyomi making promise that if Sougo woud ever turn to the path of a demon king that Geiz woud kill him. Kinda long dont you think? Once the battle was finish Tokiwa Sougo obtained the power of a king and was ready to be the ruler of this new world. But Sougo decided that this isn't the way he wanted to become king aand so he restarted the timeline separating the 20 heisei riders world's which become one during Swarts plan" said the man and he was about to read agan when someone interupt him 

"That great but how about our story? There is more riders in Heisei, we may be forgoten but we still exist. so this time this is a story about our desendent that we telling" say the group and another book appear in the man hand

"this story start in 2016 when thousands of monsters named Amazons start waking up, the company that was responcible for them hire a special team to hunt them and eliminate them.  One day, the team were hunting down two Amazon riders, Amazon Alpha and Amazon Omega with they being transformed Jin Takayama and Haruka Mizusawa. Haruka eventually join the team and help them eliminate them. But one time they were trying to eliminate a group of amazons hiding in restaurant and Haruka seeing that they have no intention in harming humans start questioning the exterminations. His felow amazon teammate also changed there. He eventually started to have interests in eating human beings. After defeting sigma who fataly injure Haruka, the company deside to launch a plan to eliminate all the surviving amazons. "project Tlaloc". Haruka along with his teammate and few surviving amazons escape." 

"five years later In the past, a massive spill occurred at the Amazon experimental lab. Most of the survivors were destroyed, hot-blooded young men enjoyed hunting Amazons and the experiment seemed to be drawing to an end. Far than ending, however, it was entering a completely new phase. The number of cases of ordinary people turning into Amazon without warning was rising. The government formed a new extermination unit to assassinate people who had turned into Amazon secretly and struggled to hide the truth. Chihiro/Kamen Rider Amazon Neo is a loner, a boy raised by Amazons who hates them but must suppress his cannibalistic urges. One day he meets Iyu, an Amazon girl who transforms into Crow Amazon and vanquishes Amazon enemies with her awesome fighting power. Chihiro is amazed at his first glance of Iyu, because she's the first human he's met without thinking, "I want to eat her." She's the first opponent he's ever wanted to get close to, but Chihiro is unaware of her story. Iyu is a "Sigma Type Amazons" a biological weapon brought back to life after her parents turned to Amazons and killed her.
