Most of the background in this story is an AU
Midnight isn't from Japan in this she's from London which is where the story takes place in the first few chapters
There are a few OCs I put into the Story there will be a chapter later in the story explaining how Midnight and Eraserhead Met as well

Detailed Quirk Description: her quirk allows her to erase other quirks temporarily but if she looks at you for too long she can steal your quirk making it hers but she can only hold up to 6 quirks at a time
The drawback: in order to take your quirk she has to touch you while looking you in the eye, She gets Dry eye if stares for to long, If she blinks the effect ends, and each quirk she takes requires its own drawbacks to be mastered in order to master the entire quirk She can Also Remove the Quirks she takes but if the person she takes them from are dead the Quirks are stored in her Body until she Masters both her own Quirk and the Quirks she has Taken This adds a bunch of limits to her power for Example if Kisaki we're to take Midoriya's Or Kaminari's quirk she would have to master both Eraser+ and One for all/Electrification by controlling each quirk enough to the point that she has no major drawbacks
