"Somethings wrong with him" you flinch at the sudden voice, before replying at the familiar voice

"Did you hear anything from him, neito?"

"Nothing out of the usual. its not like we talk that often anyway, let alone texting"

"Well I guess we're sitting in different places today" you turned to him managing a smile, before he returned it giving a wink

"See you around Natsuki"

"You too"

As you parted ways, you approached izukus table and asked if you could join them, which they happily welcomed you. You took a seat across shoto beside uraraka and thanked them, shoto looked especially happy to see you.

"Glad you joined us today Natsuki, it's quite unlike you to do so. Kero" tsu said bluntly.

"Well it seems like Shinsou wanted to be with his friends today. Not that Id know. Cause he never said anything to me" you said in annoyed tone as you played with your food. Then the realization hit you

"Sorry for being so salty. I'm glad I can spend some more time with you guys"

"Were glad you could join us for lunch too Natsuki. We should spend some time together more!" Uraraka cheered

You enjoyed your time with your classmates, you laughed and had a great time with them overall. It was refreshing. But still you couldn't help but think

'What happened to him?'

Later that day classes were over, and as you were on your way out of U.A. you can hear footsteps catching on to you

"Hey!"

He says before actually catching up to you.

"Hello katsuki" you smirked.

"Don't be so full of yourself. I might as well walk with you since that general course dweeb isn't here to accompany you"

"How was your week katsuki? I see that hair of yours went back to normal" you joked.

"You should be greatful you didn't choose him.. but I guess he did taught me a bunch of stuff" he scoffed.

"That's sweet of you Katsuki. Respecting others, even though you don't like them that much. You've changed a lot" he frowned his brows at your sentence, a little offended.

"I guess that came off a little sarcastic didnt it?" You laughed as he rolled his eyes.

"Well I guess what I'm trying to say is..

She smiled at him, as he lowered his gaze. Her words warming his heart.

"What? You don't believe me? I really mean it you know!

Talking to you hasn't been as hard as I thought it would've been. After all these years.." she says looking a little drifted as he shifted his eyes to her.

"Don't get me wrong, the childhood memories are still there, But...

Youre certainly making it easier to let them go.."

He scoffed, averting his gaze before she spotted with her little eye a familiar general course student ahead of you two.

"Katsuki can you give me a second"

He nodded, though with a straight face realizing it was the guy ahead of them she was going to. She approached him, her lips curled into a smile, missing her long distanced friend as she tapped his shoulder
