The elevator shook,sending both of them crashing down. The speaker that rested on top of the shaft crashed down in front of them.
"Uh yeah we can," Yasu groaned,picking himself up and adjusting his headlamp. "Uhm...can you still hear us..? Yasu asked,looking at the practically broken speaker in front of him.
"Hopefully not!" Kaite spoke,dusting off her knees.
*static* BEEP BEEP *static*
"Sorry about that! Rough way to start up the gig huh? Buckle up since his ride isnt smooth""Im proud of you for taking this job"
Yasu rolled his eyes "you sound like my mom"
"The task is quite *static* simple"
"There are 4 generators and you'll need to keep them down there in operation"
"What in the dead by daylight sister location cross over is this" Yasu groaned, turning his attention towards Kaite. Kaite was busy trying to find which side the door would come up as, staring intensely at the walls.
"Just repair them if anything goes south"
"Nobody should be down there, so don't expect anybody to show"
"Great! No social interaction is perfect" Yasu responded. Kaite raised her eyebrows and smirked "all alone~ perfect time for a murder orrr....I COULD BLAST MY MUS-
"The gens will charge up the explosives down there to demolish the place'
"EXPLOSIVES?! DEMOLITION?"
"Don't ask about the demolition."
"DON'T SAY WHAT I CAN AND CANT DO ASSHAT" Kaite screamed at the speaker she was about to crush.
"The big man wants us to keep it secret"

Yasu and Kaite both looked at each other and confusion "big man? Yasu what did you get us into!!" Kaite screamed. "Hey man,it was good pay and we clearly just have to babysit some generators, you watch kids all the time, no difference!" Shrugged off Yasu.
*Static* "Be car- CRUSH
Kaite stomped on the speaker over and over until a pile of wires were left. "GOD *Crush* STUPID *crush* I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT FROM YOUUUU!!" Kaite was screaming at the remains of the speaker.
Kaite looked down and the ground and sighed "all better!" She placed her hands on her hips as the elevator came to a stop. Kaite smiled at Yasu, gave a little curtsy and walked up to the doors. Yasu was flabbergasted at this behavior,he should be used to Kaite's extreme mood swings but apparently he wasn't.
The rusted jail-like doors opened up as they walked into their new job, All they had to do was babysit some generators then get out before the place explodes! No biggie right? Well that's what Yasu hoped.
