The girl laughed as she ran from her friends playing infection tag.
There was 11 people in total and maliyah was the last one out of the 11 to be tagged, she was on a winning spree right now and couldn't loose it
Maliyah jumped onto the bleachers that's in the middle of Times Square and ran to the middle before realizing she literally just trapped herself😂😂
"Shitttt" she whined while laughing
They all ran to the middle where maliyah was but maliyah decided to jump OFF the bleachers from the middle

SURPRISINGLY Jay was at the bottom to catch her
"I GOT HER" he yelled/laughed as he slowly put her down "why would you jump off from that high" he laughed at the girl who was mad crossing her arms
"Cause it didn't look high" she shrugged as they started walking back up the bleachers to sit for a little
"Your slow as fuck" ddot said going on his phone "bro do we got beef?" Maliyah asked standing up "yes" ddot laughed
"Alright, get this work in dic" maliyah pounded her fist together throwing her sets up as ddot stood up laughing
"Let's not fight on here for I throw yo lil ass down the bleachers" ddot said sitting back down "your just scared of me" maliyah played putting her legs over Jay
"Whatever helps you sleep at night liyah" ddot sat back into the bleachers slightly
For some reason maliyah felt butterflies in her stomach, She feels like nobody uses that nickname anymore for her. So she just felt.. weird about it.
"Wassup with chu?" Eva whispered into her ear so she won't grab everyone's attention to us
"Nun I'm just, ion know" maliyah shrugged not knowing how to answer
The girls mood didn't change because of the nickname, it was because her thought was back on her and her mom's relationship.
Ever since Ayanna moved in, her mom and hers relationship went DOWN hill, though they were still arguing before, it wasn't this bad where her mom called the police on her.
She wanted to cry. She missed her mother daughter relationship, back when everything was okay. Back when she was a nobody in school and wasn't focused on her friends everyday, back when her mom didn't wanna be up a new niggas ass every other day.

She looked back and saw it was ddot and only them 2 there "you good? You been here for a minute zoned out, everyone's down there" he pointed to the end of the bleachers where everyone was looking up at us
"Yea I'm good my bad" maliyah gave him a slight smile before getting up and they walked down
"Are you sure your good? Your vibes been off.." ddot said putting his arm over the slightly shorter girl "yea I'm fine, just tired" she gave him a toothless smile again as everyone walked in front of them
"I need you to talk to me if somethings wrong, don't just sit there and let your thoughts eat you alive" he shook her shoulders

"Nothings wrong word2" maliyah smiled
"Put it on Jay" he looked at maliyah as maliyah went silent "exactly, so can you please just tell me what's wrong" he whined as we all turned a corner
"Okayyy," maliyah started, tilting her head up "I just miss how I was with my mom before Ayanna came in the picture, Like my mom doesn't even give a fuck about me no more" maliyah looked at ddot with a soft gaze with tears in her eyes
"Don't cry liyah" ddot quickly brought her into a tight hug rubbing her back "everything will get better with her, you just have to talk to her" he quietly said into her ear
Maliyah felt butterflies once again, this time she really doesn't know why. Maybe because she's not used to ddot talking like this? She's used to a mean, funny ddot. Not a nice, advice giving ddot.
"Thank you ddot" maliyah quietly said back
