Fuck, it was a wrong move.

He was caging me with his arms. My eyes were stuck on his long fingers that were scrolling the arrow on the screen. The veins on his hand were visible, making me gulp.

Napainom tuloy ako sa inumin ko nang wala sa oras dahil sa posisyon namin.

I can feel the tension slowly creeping into my system as I feel his breath on my hair. I shivered when he spoke and it felt like his lips were behind my ear.

"Let's answer this one," he whispered in a low voice.

I swear that I almost fell on my seat upon hearing his voice. My knees wobble and if I were standing, I could've lost my balance. His presence was sucking the strength out of me that it could almost leave me breathless.

To make it worse, I raised my head unconsciously and that made our eyes meet.

He was gazing down at me intently that lasted for five seconds before he looked away. He touched his ear and I noticed that his face was starting to get red. He moved away from me as if he was burned by the igniting fire.

"'Yan na lang muna sagutan natin," he said, referring to the mock exam we found on the internet.

"Okay..." I sent a copy to his email before reaching for my notebook and pen.

Parang bigla akong naging maamong tupa at tahimik na sumunod sa utos niya.

Bago pa kami makapagsimula sa pagsagot ng mock exam ay parehas kaming nagulat nang may tumawag sa pangalan niya. Nilingon pa ng ibang customers sa coffee shop ang pinagmulan ng boses na nagpayuko sa akin.

"Hello, Steven!" She greeted him in a high tone.

Kita ko ang gulat sa mukha ni Alvarez nang biglang umupo sa tabi niya ang babae. Lumingon siya saglit sa akin bago tiningnang ulit ang babae.

"Angela, what are you doing here?"

Tumawa ang babae. "Angelica po."

"Ay, sorry. Angelica pala." Nakita ko ang maliit na ngiti sa labi niya na nagpapakita na gusto niyang tumawa.

They talked for a while that made me roll my eyes for a bit. Sayang sa oras! Dapat mamaya na sila magchikahan pagkatapos namin mag-review.

I opened my phone and checked my Instagram. I was greeted with a new notification.

cae.miguel sent you a follow request.

I frowned with the sudden follow request. He has a thousand followers pero 65 lang 'yung followings niya. Tapos, ngayon dadagdag pa ako sa following niya.

I accepted his follow request and followed him back. The second we became mutuals, he immediately sent me a message.

Cameron Miguel: 

helloo pu, ksama m poh ba c steven kenji ocampo alvarez?

I giggled with his typings. I didn't know he could type like this.

Hiraya: 

yes, he's with me. we're reviewing.

Cameron Miguel:
