Irene's POV

I was enjoying my raw carrots with honey here in the gazebo near the pool, while waiting for Greg, when I saw my phone lit up.

I rolled my eyes and ignored it.

Huwag kayong istorbo! My baby and I are enjoying our time here!

This gazebo is my favorite place here in our house na, bago lang 'to. Greggy asked Zack to build it para may pagtatambayan akong presko.

Tapos pinalagyan ko pa ng maraming plants. Kaya naman it's very cozy here!

My phone lit up again kaya naman kinuha ko na ito.

Stay here in the mansion the day after tomorrow. We took a leave from our work, we want to take care of you again eventhough you're so grumpy. Love u, see you tom, bday girl!

I grinned before sending it. I can imagine my sister's face while reading it.

We stayed naman in the mansion for the past few days, for Daddy and Bonget's birthday. It wasn't so bongga, as per request of my brother. It was just a simple dinner with the whole family.

Daddy's birthday naman was the normal celebration. A mass sa LNMB, and a lunch and dinner, hindi na kami pumunta sa Norte.

Simple dinner lang din sana ang gusto ko for my birthday tomorrow but they told me that they already prepared it and wala na raw akong magagawa dahil ayos na ang lahat.

I don't have any idea on what they prepared dahil ang galing nilang magtago! Even Greg is clueless.

Speaking of my husband, kanina ko pa siya hinihintay umuwi. Hindi siya umuwi kaninang lunch dahil may tatapusin daw siyang work.

I miss him already!

He told me he'll come home early. Baka mamaya niyan, ibang bahay na pala ang inuuwian niy--

Oh, nevermind, I heard his car horns na.

I place the bowl of carrots and honey aside together with the book I was reading earlier and wait for him to come look for me.

And hindi nga ako nagkamali. "Nasa gazebo po si Maam, Sir" I heard one of the maid said. Maya-maya lang ay dinig ko na ang papalapit niyag yabag.

"Love!" he called as soon as his eyes laid on me.

I immediately opened my arms and he came rushing for a hug.

"How's my baby?" he asked.

"Me?" I giggled.

"The little baby" he said which made me frown.

I rolled my eyes before answering. "Baby's good. We just ate carrots and honey earlier." I plainly said.

I think he noticed the bitterness on my voice.
"Hmm? How 'bout my pretty baby? How's your day? May sumakit ba? Did you crave for anything? Did you cry again?"

I bit my lips dahil sa sunod-sunod niyang mga tanong, "I feel so great hubby! I just read books the whole day and missed you a lot. I didn't crave for anything except for what I ate just earlier. And no, I didn't cry" isa-isa kong sagot sa mga tanong niya.
