Ways to calm down

- Listen to music

- Focus on your breathing

- Focus on five things you can touch, ten things you can see and three things you can smell

- Close your eyes and breath in for a second, then out, in, and out, repeat 15 times

- think of a HAPPY memory, or a time in your life you were at your best
