Part Two: The Formidable Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard,

Lord Andrew Charles didn't know what he was bargaining for when he pursued Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell in June of 2274, but he did give his great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard his first male line great-great-great-granddaughter, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, but what Lord Andrew Charles didn't bargain for that Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane would change the course of Star Base 12 along with her sisters, Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene Howard, Duchess of Clarence Territory, Lady Caroline Matilda Carey, Lady Anastasia Christina Howard, Duchess of Northampton Territory, Lady Sophia Dorothea Howard, Duchess of Gloucester Territory, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard, Duchess of Sussex Territory, and their first cousin, Lady Autumn Bridget and their aunt, Lady Frederica Wilhelmina Howard, Duchess of York Territory.

It was Lady Samhain, who become Duchess in her own right to her Dukedom and Territory in 2294 when she turned 18 years old and she declared "Matrilineal Primogeniture " in the Dukedom and Territory of Clarence that was given to her at her birth on October 31, 2276.

Standing on the balcony of Clarence House, Lady Samhain who just turned 18 years old and standing by her side her oldest sister, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane holding her heiress presumptive, Lady Karissa Ann Howard, and she declares " My niece, Lady Karissa Ann Howard is my heiress until I have my own daughter and I will."

"My Dukedom and Territory will never pass onto any male ever. " Lady Samhain states, " All successors must carry the surname of Howard, and be female."

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane presents 4 months old Lady Karissa Ann Howard and standing next to Lady Samhain are her sisters, Lady Caroline Matilda Carey, Lady Anastasia Christina Howard, Lady Sophia Dorothea Howard and her mother holding four month old Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard.

Three years later, Lady Frederica Wilhelmia Howard, the youngest child and daughter of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR becomes Duchess of York Territory and she declares the same thing that Lady Samhain declares throughout her Dukedom and Territory.

Finally in June of 2299, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard succeeded her father, Lord Andrew Charles Howard as the 1st Duchess of Norfolk Territory and she is three months pregnant with Lord Richard Edward Howard III and her second child.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard stands on the balcony of Norfolk Estate and she tells her people " I am your Duchess, but I am first the wife of Lord Richard Edward Howard III and the mother of Lady Karissa Ann Howard. My second duty is to The Dukedom of Norfolk."

"I will neglect my people." Lady Elizabeth tells her people.

"I will reside at Wessex Manor with my husband and daughter, but in the meantime my mother, Lady Karissa and my third cousin, Lord Richard William Carey will see you at Beltane Manor if you have any concerns." Lady Elizabeth tells her people.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann announces Lady Karissa Ann as her successor, and her heiress presumptive is Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard, her sister and her first cousin as well.

Lady Elizabeth holds her daughter and sister both named for her mother, and grandmother in her arms " Meet my successors."

Lord Richard William Carey smiles " Lord Patrick William Howard didn't expect this change." Lord Richard William tells Lady Karissa.

"Lord Andrew Charles Howard. Didn't expect such a drastic change in the succession throughout the many Dukedom and Territories when he advances his many daughters, but Lady Elizabeth has always butted horns with her father and her grandfather Odin rest his soul was her biggest ally. " Lady Karissa tells Lord Richard William Carey.

Lady Elizabeth is not without love in her heart for her father, Lord Andrew Charles Howard and she creates him Duke of Westminster Territory on Star Base 12 in the name of Lord Patrick William Howard of a blessed memory.
