I put my phone down turning my body toward Neteyam giving him a warm smile.
"Good morning, when did you get up?"
"You guys were doing the most in the group chat."
"Awee sorry Yums, you can go back to sleep if you want."
"No I'm good mamas, more time to look at you."
He sat up and grabbed my hand pulling me into his lap. He returned the smile looking at me up and down pulling me into a tight embrace.
I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him into my chest.
"Someone woke up happy." I said inhaling the scent of his hair, lavender notes hitting my nose.
"How could I not be , waking up to you."
"You're so cheesy Yums." I laughed vibrating both our bodies
"Can I get a kiss?"
"Noo, I haven't brushed my teeth yet."
"I don't care baby girl, come here."
I puckered my lips pressing them onto his. Our lips moved in unison as he deepened the kiss, slipping his tongue in the mix.
I pulled back catching my breath.
"Do you have class today?" I asked hoping he'd say no.
I hate to admit it but I actually want to just chill with him today.
"Yes I do baby girl.. I should probably get going actually."
I frowned. "Okay see you later?"
"Ofc Y/n , consider Lo'ak's date ours too."
And with that he left leaving me to my own devices. I flopped backwards in the bed looking at the ceiling smiling to myself at how cute and affectionate Neteyam has been lately. Calling me his. I still wasn't too convinced though memories of our breakup ever present.
My phone vibrated pulling me out of my thoughts.

Ao'nung is really such a sweet person,maybe too good for me I thought to myself ,reading over our text messages that were just sent.
"How do I get myself into these situations." I said burying my face into my my pillow.

I took in a deep breath releasing it. I shook my shoulders releasing the anxiety that crept up on me out of no where. ________________________ Who should we choose Neteyam or Ao'nung ?
I want to write more Toxic ex Neteyam 👀 for this book a chapter atleast, or should I not ?
I'm a Lo'ak girl now so maybe I'll do a Lo'ak book 👀🤷🏽♀️
