I waited and waited and waited some more for Neteyam to answer back but he never did. I thought to myself maybe he's asleep but that's impossible it's only 7pm. "Whatever... more bed for me." My phone dinged. I picked it up quickly hoping it was Neteyam. It wasn't ofc , just a stupid reminder. I flung my phone on the bed giving up. I laid in silence not even bothering to do anything. I looked to my left, seeing the stuffed teddy I got today. I grabbed it hugging it tightly. "You know yum yum , your named after someone very special to me" My words were met with silence ofc. I sighed. "Why is he ignoring me?" I said aloud. I grabbed my phone and decided to text him. I hesitated for a moment then finally started to type.

I texted Lo'ak to open the door. He came shortly after greeting me in a very Lo'ak way practically jumping in my arms almost knocking both of us down. I walked into the familiar place , stopping at the fridge first. "There you go stealing" Lo'ak said laughing. "Shush boy." I grabbed one of the boys' sports drinks making my way down the hallway to the bedrooms. "Where's Kiri?" "She left I think.....besides you're here for me." "She left and didn't tell me." I said walking into Lo'ak's room after him.

He fell into the bed face first patting a space beside him. I followed falling back. "Are we watching The last of us tn?" "We can, but talk to your bro bro first." "Okay tell me about what you have planned for your date." "Ughhh. Y/n not about me." "Too late I wanna know, so spill bro bro." "Well the fair is coming so I asked her if she wanted to go." "Aweee Lo'ak you're so cute." He rolled his eyes. "I hope your eyes get stuck." I said teasing him "Whatever what about you? How's life?" I thought to myself for a while. "Lo'ak you know you're really thoughtful." I smiled at him patting his cheeks. "We'll tell me Y/n." "Life is good Lo'ak. Thanks for asking." "That's not the answer I wanted Y/n." "Lo'ak I'm not talking about your brother all night." "Good cause I wasn't talking about him." "So what do you mean?" "Ao'nung." "Oh..... he's okay." "Did he hurt you in anyway? I'll beat his ass Y/n." I burst into laughter at his comment. " I know you would Lo'ak but no he's an okay dude give him a chance." He started to laugh along with me. "Love you lo." "Now can we watch the last of us?" "Sure Lo , I'll get us snacks. I'm starving. I got up headed for the door. I made my way down the hallway. I stopped at Neteyam's room seeing the door cracked a bit. I peeked inside seeing him sleeping peacefully, practice must've caught up with him. I closed the door and headed back on my way to the kitchen. I popped some popcorn in the microwave and grabbed us drinks and headed back to Lo'ak's room. I moving quickly excited to watch the show. "Hey Lo'ak" I heard coming from Neteyam's room. "Fuck." I mumbled to myself still walking. He stepped into the hallway, looking directly at me. "Get out of the way Neteyam." "When did you get here? Kiri's out." "Yess I'm not here for her." "Oh Lo'ak?" He said pinching his eyes together. "Yes Neteyam , you're being weird we hang out all the time." I snaked my way past him continuing to Lo'ak's room. I made my way in with Neteyam following. "I guess he's joining." I announced. Lo'ak looked up at Neteyam, grabbing a pillow throwing it at him. "Bro get out, it our night." I chuckled placing the popcorn in my mouth. "Oh that's funny?" Neteyam said before throwing the pillow back at me, hitting me directly in the face. " ow fuck you." "You two have fun." He said laughing while walking out the room. "Finally." Lo'ak said tuning on the show for us to watch. We watched a few episodes trying to fight sleep before it ultimately won. I woke up a few hours later checking the time. 1:00 am. No use in going home now. I turned my head to the left looking at Lo'ak before I got up slowly. I left his room, waking to Neteyam's room. I turned the knob peeking in. He was still awake scrolling on his phone. I opened the door wider and walked in. "Hi yums" I let out a yawn crawling in his bed laying on his chest. He werapped his arms around me welcoming me before giving me a kiss on my forehead. "Hi baby girl."
