Using the brush, draw a chain according to your wish, wherever you want. Here, I'm using it as a head accessory.

Duplicate the layer and in the below layer, in the filter section, go to mono colour and make it black. Now, in the same layer, apply blur to add a shadow.

As in shown here.

Add a layer and clip it to the layer where you have drawn the accessory. Choose airbrush and add some shadows at the edges of the chain.
