"Boy? I think you mean, man."

"I know a man when I see one, and currently I don't see one." I give him a shiting eat grin, his mouth pressed into a thin line and his eyes narrow. At this point he is right beside me, he crouches down, leans into my ear and says...

"If you don't believe me to be a man, I can always show you."

"If you're talking about your hunting collection, then that's a pass, I've seen it enough times to recite to you the speech you give about each and every one of them."

His jaw drops and dramatically says "I thought you liked my collection!" He places a hand over his heart.

"Yeah, the first time and the second, maybe the third and after that, I've learnt to drone it all out."

"What else have you been lying to me about?" He asks jokingly.

"If I started telling you, we would be here all night." I chuckle "Anyway, why are you here? I know you like to check up on me randomly, but for some strange reason, I sense that you want to ask me to do something."

He springs up and clasps his hands together "As a matter of fact, darling, there is something I need to ask for you to do!" He states in a chipper voice.

I groan again "Seriously? I just finished my work and was really hoping to rest before I had to get back to doing my job."

"Turn that frown upside down! You'll get plenty of rest later, I'll even let you finish early if you complete this task for me!" He boops my nose with a sickly sweet smile on his face.

"You've piqued my interest." I got up and stretched my back once more, "Okay, what is it you need me to do?"

"Knew you would see things my way! I need you to re-work Miracle's contract, here–" He pulls out a note "These are the things I need you to re-work and here—" He tries to pull something out and then pats himself down and comes to a sudden realisation "I forgot the contract in my office..." There's a small pause before he grabs my wrist and walks towards the door dragging me after.

"W-wait! Can't you just bring the contract to me?"

"Nah, it's more fun if you come along!"

"I still need to put on my shoes!"

"Shoes are for the weak darling!"

"There are still people here! I can't let them see me like this!" He comes to a sudden halt and I crash into his back as a result and fall to the floor. He doesn't budge and slowly turns around and looks at my form that has crashed to the ground, he just stares at me for a few seconds thinking who knows what. Without another word he scoops me up bridal style and begins striding towards his office.

"Ch-Chip! W-what are you doing?!" I cling on to him for dear life, scared to fall.

"You're slow, you don't have shoes, I have muscles and such a kind heart. I'm carrying you to my office." He looks down at me and smiles.

My face warms up slightly. "This is even more embarrassing than if people were to see me without shoes." He continued to walk to his office, we passed one or two guests and I could feel my face getting warmer and warmer. We took a turn and arrived at Chip's door, although we were surprised to see someone neither of us were expecting to find standing right besides Chip's door arms crossed and leaning against the wall.

"Chubby?" I ask, confused as to why she would be waiting around here instead of being in her quarters getting ready for her shift.

"Sash—?" Chubby's face snaps from surprised to confused in a matter of seconds.
