"Did you get a new uniform?" Rainbow set the tray down on a table sat in the corner of the room.

"Kinda had too, mine was burnt after all." I flopped onto my bed staring at the ceiling.

"Right." The room became quiet. I would find it uncomfortable, but, who cares? They were the ones who came in here, this is my room, I do what I want.

"Why are you here?" I questioned, I couldn't care less that I sounded annoyed.

"Well you are a part of the family now so I thought tha–"

"This is not my family." I spat out sitting up glaring at them.

They were clearly taken aback as their expression shifted from neutral to shocked then to mad. 'Threaten me' I thought, why should I care?

They huffed and their voice got stern "You are now apart of this family now, whether you like it or not, Chip has decided tha–"

"Chip this, Chip that. FUCK HIM! I don't give a shit what he says!" The flood gates had opened.

"DO NOT SPEAK THAT WAY!" Rainbow yelled back slamming the door behind them. Probably didn't want any guests over hearing this most wonderful conversation.

"WHY SHOULD I CARE?"

"DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF HE OVERHEARS YOU TALKING THIS WAY?!"

"OF COURSE I DO!"

Quiet again, great, love this, actually, no I don't, in fact, I hate this.

"I know you hate this." Rainbow's voice became calm.

"Hate doesn't begin to describe how I feel."

"Then tell me how you feel."

"Where do I begin? How do you sleep? Knowing you've killed someone?"

They chuckle, they fucking chuckle, "You assume that we can sleep knowing what we do?" This time I was the one taken aback "We've all got problems kid, don't think you're the only one. This team, the whole 'Five Flowers' thing is nothing more than a group made up of people roped into something they never wanted to be involved with!"

I stood where I was, tears resurfacing and here I thought I couldn't possibly have any more after the previous night. Rainbow was walking over to me, were they going to hurt me? That when I felt fabric being pressed against me, I was being hugged, when was the last time I was hugged?

"You're too young for this."

"I wish I never came here" I sobbed into Rainbow's vest.

"So do I." We stood like this for who knows how long, before I knew it Rainbow managed to convince me to eat something and get dressed. I was buttoning up my shirt in the mirror, who was the one staring back at me though?

Rainbow waited for me in the doorway and as I was walking towards them I slipped a hand in my pocket and felt something. I pulled it out and there was a card at the back of a dandelion fitting the card's colour scheme, I flipped it and on the other side was the jack in one corner, a heart and diagonal to that a diamond.

What the hell was this?

"I see you have your own custom card." Rainbow says, trying to get a good look at it.

"Is this normal?"

"Yes we all received one after we were officially a part of 'the family'." I nod my head slightly, staring intensely at the card. What could it mean? I sigh and shoved it back into my pocket.

"Do you like your new uniform?"

"My new- huh?"

Rainbow raised a brow and asked "Did you not notice?"
