No one's POV (When Ryker writes it's in bold)
Elijah walks into Ryker's room to wake him up and tells him to get ready for school
Ryker doesn't want to go because he explains to his twin that he gets anxiety just by stepping foot in there. Elijah rubs it off because he thinks it's just an excuse and walks off so he can get ready. Meanwhile, Ryker has a panic attack due to having to go to school. He gets dressed and gets ready thinking it's going to be like everyday (He doesn't like school mainly because of people he hates being around people due to his social anxiety, claustrophobia and trust issues and he has to deal with a girl named Isabell that is constantly over his shoulder and despite the fact that she knows about him being nervous around people she still hangs with him because she likes him but she doesn't like when she doesn't get her way and she will go to ANY length to make you hers.) So at school Ryker has to go to his first class which is English and they have to do a report on wildlife and present it to the class. Ryker obviously feels nervous and starts playing with his fingers and to his lack of speech he doesn't know how to present, he tried telling his teacher about the situation but due to his social anxiety he gives up and doesn't tell her. Though he is relieved because he has a week to complete it but here's the thing; you need a partner and everyone starts going to their partners and it's only him and a girl that wasn't in a group yet so the girl sits there and looks at Ryker's direction and goes up to him and takes out her hand so he can shake it and introduces herself. " Hello I'm Sarah! What's your name?" Ryker looks over to his right and sees a girl standing next to him and due to his shyness he doesn't say a word and looks at her hand. " You don't have to shake my hand if you don't want to" as she puts her hand away " Do you want to be partners? Everyone is kinda taken and you look lonely" Ryker again stares at her but gets a pen and paper and starts writing on it : "Hello Sarah, sorry for my lack of speech I have social anxiety like it's really bad like I don't really talk to my family, though I sometimes talk to my brother he's the only one I can sort of talk too but I will be your partner"
Rykers POV: I Look to see Sarah giving me " Ooh expression" I know some stuff about her like she's kinda mean and she's a bully but those are just the rumors I hear around here. To me I think she's nice and weird (a good weird) she seems like a energetic and cool girl to be around. As I gather my thoughts I write again on the paper and shove her the paper only this time I write : Okay our research paper report is on wildlife, got any ideas? She looks at my paper and thinks about it for a moment before she says it should be on Wolves. She says that Wolves are great animals they hunt and feed their young, they have ranks to as Omega, Delta, beta and the highest rank: Alphas, Alphas are the packs leader and mostly in charge, betas are sort of the second parents they're basically in charge while the alphas aren't around. Delta's ? Deltas are considered the messengers of the pack. They run messages between allies and even enemies. It's an extremely risky job, but it is their duty to both the pack and the alphas. Those who seek this position need to have a even temperament and incredibly agile. And the omegas.. Sarah says they're the weakest of all the ranks I just listed so I kinda feel bad for the omegas. She says that the pups are adorable. Time passes and as we continue to write to each other and give each other notes about what we should do. Our plan was set. All we needed to do was pick who's house we should do it at, she volunteers to do it at her place. I nod as a sign of that I agree with her choice and the bell rings. The students start to pack up and leave. Sarah gives me a paper with her address on it and walks away but before she stepped out the class room she waves to me goodbye and smiles I return the smile back and realizes that I have nutrition so I quickly get up and pack my stuff and leave.
