You only showed your skin when it was wrapped in my arms to keep you close to me and feeling all the vibes from the outside world like we were forgetting all that happened last night like we were just ready to fly like butterflies back to my heart that was waiting for my knight in shining armor even though everyone knows that is another language of a fairy tale where if you wanted to catch your eyes like you could look at me and I know I told you to stay away from me because of certain broken pieces on my heart that hit me like multiple shards of glass against the words that everyone feels on their skin and even though we both feel so lost in time right now just know that in time I will make up for the lost time in the hourglass.
