Chapter one: Fear and Pain

"Finally!" You shouted in excitement.

It was Finally the weekend. No school for only 3 days. You knew that the time was short but you didn't let that stop you. You had so much to do after the week was over.

As you took all your stuff out of your locker you noticed your friend staring at you. You looked over confused. What did she need now?

" Y/n~" your friend came up to you smirking.

You already knew that your highly extroverted friend was up to no good. You rolled your eyes wondering how you, a highly introverted person became friends with her.

"Huuu... what is it now?" You quickly regretted even asking.

"Don't look at me like that! I just wanted to tell you something..." Your friend said still smirking

You didn't care all too much. You had the stuff to do and you want to hurry up and get to it. You wondered how long it would take for her to tell you everything.

"I hear that there is a new chapter in the Demon Slayer manga coming out today!"

Your eyes widened at the familiar Manga title. You immediately remembered why you became friends with her. Because you both were obsessed with that Manga.

You were obsessed with demon slayer after stumbling upon a Tik Tok edit of the anime. It was so cool and the characters were amazing. Plus they were all hot too.

You had watched the anime but it didn't continue. They were still working on season 3 which was taking too long. Well way too long for a bored, inpatient person like you. So of course you search and find the Manga.

Of course, this led to a simple noisy girl taking a look at your phone. At the same time, you sneak on it in class. That was particularly how you met your one and only non-internet friend.

"W-Wait did you just say another chapter is coming out? No way!"

You couldn't believe that. The Manga had ended already. On a happy note? Even though every character you liked particularly died. But you didn't believe your friend would lie about this.

'Maybe she heard wrong?'

"It's true! Here I have proof"

She shoved her phone in your face. And you were all struck by what you saw. Chapter 206 after many years of only seeing 205. You couldn't help but think it was a scam.

Before you could reply the bell rang signaling that it was time to go home. You hurriedly put your stuff in your bag, you had to go. You turned to your friend but she already knew what you were going to say.

"Don't worry I already sent you the link, now go!" She winked

You smiled and quickly left the school. You were walking to your house. You powered on your phone. The first thing you saw was a text from your mom. Saying she won't be home until morning. And that there was money to buy pizza and whatever snacks you wanted.

You smiled your mom was the best! But you worried about her this was the third day she was coming home late from work. You shake your head.

"No bad thoughts not today on the weekend!" You said talking to yourself.

You looked at the next notification on your phone and saw your friend's text.

You sigh of course you're going to have to be the bearer of bad news. Of course, it was fake! You didn't even need to look at it to know the truth. But of course, your curiosity got the best of you.

You click on the link without thinking. You were silent your phone had turned black. 'Did something happen?'

"Don't tell me that website gave my phone a virus!?"

Like most people, your phone is the main source of your happiness. So you immediately started to panic. Tears formed in your eyes, you're going to kill your best friend! Before you could curse more at your friend something pulled at your finger. You looked down in horror.

"What the hell!"

Your phone was still black but it was pulling your finger into its black space. You stared there in horror as the phone took in three more fingers.

"Oh hell no!"

You immediately dropped your phone. There was no way you were good to let something like this happen to you. Fuck the phone your life is worth way more. But it was too late you fell down with the phone. It tugged your arm so hard that you let out a pained whine. Your whole arm was inside your phone screen. Which shouldn't be possible.

It hurt badly as your body slowly dislocated itself to fit inside the tiny screen. More cries came out of your mouth. It hurt so badly was this how it felt to get hit by a truck? Your vision slowly started to fade. You couldn't take the pain anymore and you passed out. Wonder why something so weird was happening to you.

You felt so cold it was like the wind was blowing in your face with high pressure. You noticed the pain was gone now but you were scared. You felt like you shouldn't open your eyes.

It felt like you were falling. This feeling made you squint your eyes. You want to open them though. To see what the hell was happening.

"Come one Y/n open your eye.." you said in a whisper.

Slowly opening your eyes you felt a huge amount of terror. You yes YOU were in the sky falling to your death. You let out a scream. Flapping your arms like that was going to do anything. Tears running down your face. You're going to die! What about your mom? She would be devastated by your death, especially after losing her first child.

You panicked even harder at this thought. You had to live, you can't die now. As you looked down you saw purple trees surrounding a lake. Maybe you can land in that water to save your fall? But before you could think, you felt even more pain.

You fell into the water and it felt like a painful full crash in your whole body. You couldn't breathe or move. Now you're going to drown to death. A few moments ago you were happy about the weekend. Before you black out again you hear footsteps. It sounded like someone was running toward you. People were shouting. You didn't know how you heard all this.

But you hoped someone would help you.
