Prologue

Patrick came and stood next to me, "What'cha looking at, Captain?" He asked.

I didn't choose to say anything; Patrick knew what I was looking at. He just wanted to see what I'd say, "Do you like that girl's hair so much that you're obsessing over it?" He questioned.

I looked at him and furrowed my eyebrows, "Be serious." I snapped.

He laughed, "Don't get so angry! I was kidding! What is getting you so wound up?" Patrick asked me.

I pointed to the mystery girl, "I've been obsessing over her for weeks! I haven't seen her face! She talks to my family, yet they don't remember her name! Why am I obsessed when I have a girlfriend?" I asked Patrick.

"You're obsessed because you're in love. Trust me." Patrick patted me on the shoulder.
