The Wise man's words
Flow from his mouth
As fast as a glutton swallows pie
Reading off an ancient script
Written in the hand of another
He drones on in scholarly tongue
Looking at the uninterested audience for nods of acknowledgement
Despite his rant being in a tongue lost for generations
Yet the wise man speaks
In the voice of god
To the group of non believers
But the wise man
Cannot see
That wise words are not always the key
To cracking the question that is humanity.
