Lisa finds it weird and almost laughable how messed up things always finds a way to fall into right places. How tears turned into cuddles, fears turned into warm breath against her.

They were still at her room, in the exact place where she confessed her love unintentionally. A room filled with silence.

She felt so numb and sensitive at the same time. Still both being at peace for being at each other's arm.

"I only scanned a few of it."

Her best friend stated. The moment words left her mouth, she started to hear Lisa's heartbeat thump against her ears, so she looked up. Met her gaze and smiled.

"Calm down, Lisa."

"It's not that easy."

"Just take a deep breath."

Lisa closed her eyes the moment she felt her best friend palm touching her cheeks. It was relaxing and scary at the same time. Right there Lisa knew that her best friend still had no idea how much she loved her even if she scanned a few pages.

Her bestfriend will never know her effects on Lisa. She would never understand how her touch, no matter how innocent it could be will always throw Lisa off guard.

"That would be easier if we stayed quiet for the rest of the evening."

Lisa took her hand away from her cheeks. It was quick but somehow Lisa saw a small frown from her best friend's lips. It didn't make sense for Lisa so quickly ignored it.

"And stayed quiet for the rest of our life? Like what you did."

"And what I will always do."

So she stayed quiet. They tried to. Her best friend tried. But 5 minutes later, she has given up. She did truly try her best efforts considering she expected herself to last for 30 mins but then again, she's getting married tomorrow. And even if she wanted to believe that they had all the time in the world, they didn't.

So she moved away from Lisa.

Just because you said nothing. She complained to herself, and were not doing that anymore.

"Where are you going?"

Lisa asked as her eyes followed her who walk up to her cabinet.

"Please don't."

Lisa warned her.
