Cinder held her tiny phone close to her face and whipped her bangs to the side. The pie was very hot and beautiful, golden brown and beautiful. The smell caught R off guard.

"Who the fuck are

you talking to? motioned R.

She waved R away like a

school child. Her skirt hit the cold wind and she walked away for a couple of

minutes. Great R said. We have this important mission and she's on the goddamn

phone. What am I to do? It was far too early for street food. But there was a

cart that looked particularly easy. There were munches from the hot and tasty

hot pie that flaked on the ground. Catre was all R could focus on. That was the

cart near his gaze. If she could be on the phone when they had pressing matters

then he sure as fuck could go to the street cart.

He started walking.

"Hey guy, those

fish balls? R said.

The guy spoke in Korean

to him and R could only freeze. It was early and it was very cold. R started to

shiver and the Korean ushered in many words but R could not keep up. And now R

was getting flustered. He did whip out his colorful Wan dollars to give to the

guy.

"Yes, dos, or

whatever you say in your native language!" he said. He motioned to the man

to wrap them up.

And meanwhile, Cinder

was still on the phone. This is basically what she had said. Yeah, we are going to meet you at 2 p.m. I guess

near the waterway of Kung Lampinsida Kung Kee. Yeah, I have the drive. No, he

doesn't know. Is the collective even giving a fuck about it?

Yes, the collective is.

Said another sort of high-pitched voice. Okay, okay, yeah, yeah we are getting

there. I don't where he went. We had the hot pie and then he muckered off

somewhere. Yes, thank you. Yes, 2 p.m. Bye. Tell Tschrish that she is a good

cat. See ya.

R was ravaged with

hunger. So he wolfed down the rice balls with kung ten leaf mixed with meat. It

was a stick and on the stick was a beautiful lipstick red leaf with the meat

smashed in the rice drizzled with kimchi sauce. Didn't all Koreans eat that

Kimchi stuff? R walked back to the steps and the wind was fairly calm. Cinder

showed up to greet him. So yeah I got off the phone we have the drive and we

are meeting another person. But I can't tell you their name. And per the

protocol that we adhere to you have to be tied up, your hands do and you have

to be blindfolded.

"Do you agree

Romulan?" she said
