then jack came between us "Ey ey stop with the flirting" we both laughed at his words "what are we doing again?" Jamie said in the back, we all looked at him, then we looked at each other
"Well isn't it movie night?" I looked at bailey "oh yeah, it is movie night" me and Jack looked at each other, and we both raced to the remote and I beat him to it
"We are definitely watching love like the falling petals" Bailey slowly started looking at me "let's not watch that again, I don't wanna cry" Jack nudged me "yeah me too" I looked at both of them
"fine you guys pick" they sat together picking movies while I sat next to Jamie, who was very silent "so you good?" Jamie looked at me "Uh yeah, I'm just waiting for the movie" he looked back at the TV
"Okay, we found one" Jack pressed the movie and we started watching...
an hour or two passed, the movie had finished, me and my friends said goodbye, while one waited with me "who are you waiting for?" I looked back, it was Jamie "I'm waiting for my dad" he slowly nodded his head
it was awkward between us, but it's every first friend's start of a friendship
