IMPERIAL FAMILIES

The Imperial family, Coinin, rules over several countries on the continent of Oclia including Aethei, Xathary, Ethrana, and Froeya which are four out of the six countries. The other two, Rosnana, and Escea are ruled by another Imperial family, Liufr. This rp however revolves around the Coinin family, this information is given just in case the other imperial family shows up in the rp or you travel to one of their countries in the rp

THE COININS

The current Emperor had one Empress yet multiple concubines, because of this he has many children. The emperor has fifteen in total, one of which has passed away a few years back. Only three of those children are legitimate, the rest? Illegitimate it would be just a dream for them to inherit the throne, yet the current Emperor wants them all to fight for it, to earn it. Although certain children will have advantages if their parents happen to have a high status and influence. The Empresses children are the ones with the highest influence, although two of them come very close to them with their influence. Currently this succession game has just begun

SUCCESION GAME

The Emperor will make them all fight for the throne, and that may even mean doing unimaginable things, but of course anyone would try their hardest to become the Emperor or Empress. Now this is where you come in, you impact who wins(mostly just by who you choose to rp with lmao) whether that be with your status, helping them gain influence, getting rid of their siblings(COUGH killing COUGH), or whatever you can think of to make them inherit the throne. Although you aren't doing this just because, you're doing it so you can also rule and so you'll pick anyone who will be willing, even if they're corrupt. So who will you choose?

MAGIC

Magic in this world is predetermined at birth, of course along with the amount of mana you have. Magic is not something that can be learned by those who weren't predetermined with a type since in this world it is sort of like powers. People who use magic can only use the magic that was predetermined for them, so they can't learn anymore which puts sort of a limit on them. There are many different types of magic. 

One of the many is divine magic, which instead of being predetermined can be gifted to an individual at any point by a god. The individual will be given magic similar to the powers that specific god has, but it won't be as powerful depending on how much of their power they lend to the individual.

Control over magic is almost a chance with luck. Of course, you can learn how to control it. But for some people, it's like a roll of dice. So some people don't even have the slightest control over it even if they try to learn how to.
