Chapter-6 2nd Round

Evening

Firstly Naina learnt some of her notes then she started working diligently on a small assignment given by her Mentor to the whole class. She didn't get when it became night.

Capt.Rajveer's Bedroom

He was enjoying his favourite sweet again, made by his most favourite person. He was feeling that the sweetness of this special sweet was dissolving not only in his mouth but in his mind, in his heart, in his blood means everywhere.

"Kahin itne meethe se apko sugar hi na ho jaye Capt. Shekhawat..," He muttered gaily keeping the empty bowl on his nearby table & lifted up a glass of water

"But there is one important ques for you Capt...Whose taste did you find sweetest??. It's her Kheer or she herself ??," His mind presented a significant question for him

And the water he was drinking came out from his mouth with force.

"Shut up..Just shut up.. How can you think like this?? That innocent girl is doing all this for her Mentor & here her Mentor is having such illicit thoughts for her. You should be ashamed of yourself to think like this for her..," He rebuked his mind

"Till when & how long will you run away from the truth? Nothing is hidden from me. I know you are mature enough to understand the thing for whom she is doing all this. It's for her Mentor or for her..So Plzz..," His heart shouted in frustration

"I should sleep now.. That's it..
because I can't flow in the wave
as this is not the right time..,"
He kept the glass back on the table, covered himself with his blanket & slept.

Girl's Hostel

"Kya kar rahi hai, Naina..So ja ab..," Pooja uttered in a drowsy voice

"Assignment..," Naina replied indulging in her work

"Haan to kaunsa Sir ne kal hi submit karne ko bola hai. Kal ka din hai abhi..baki ka kal kar lena.
Mera bhi kahan complete hua hai. Kal sath me kar lenge..It's already 10 now..abhi bus sleep mode par daal tera handset..," Pooja stated

When Pooja mentioned 10, Naina's mind caught the time. She saw the clock & found it was 10:10.

"You are right Pooja. I should sleep now. Pata hi nahi chala itna time ho gaya..," Naina spoke wrapping up the things

It's true that they were given the
two days time by him to submit the assignment but the matter was to retain the tag of his best student in
everything, was became crucial for her.

"Koi nahi..so ja ab..varna subah
uth nahi payegi jaldi to mil bhi nahi payegi...," Saying this Pooja instantly hid herself under her blanket & started smiling but covering her mouth by her hand not to make any sound

"What Pooja said just now..did she notice something...?," Naina thought & for a second her heartbeat increased but she decided not to raise the topic otherwise it would be difficult for her to continue her work which she didn't want. She silently moved to her bed.

As soon as her mind became free, it turned again to his path. By the way
even while working on assignment, it was running behind him only but in background.
