❤️🩹Accelerated Healing explained: (limits & weaknesses)
Limits: Sydney's accelerating healing is basically her wounds healing the second she gets them. But there's a catch, her bones need to heal like any normal person would. And if her wounds draw out blood, it can stop the bleeding on its own but still needs to stop infection normally.
Since Sydney is able to go to extreme measures for friends & family, her accelerated healing may not be as strong when she really needs it. And sometimes after missions, she doesn't get the medical attention she needs so she just keeps pushing on even if some of her bones are broken. Moral of the story; Sydney is THAT stubborn sometimes.
Weaknesses: It's not as quick if she keeps getting herself into danger, but, slowing down and taking rests can help heal herself better. The more blood she loses, the slower her wounds would heal.

Limits: She can only heal others and not herself, but, she can get Alex's help to make healing potions with it. She also needs to be hydrated otherwise she won't be able to heal others.
Weaknesses: Needs to feel extreme emotion to cry healing tears that would work properly idk

⚡️Electricity powers & Thunder Breathing (my version) explained: (limits & weaknesses)
Limits: She has trouble controlling her electricity powers without her sword so she can get out of control with how much power she has. Like in Demon Slayer, she needs complete focus on the attacks she needs to use with Thunder Breathing. She can also get her sword to go back to her using electro magnetic fields (Basically what Thor can do but idk what it's called).
She was trained by their eldest cousin, Zachary, to fight for loved ones since they were raised in a family of sword fighters (and they're the last of a lost civilization which I will also explain later). During thunderstorms is when her electricity powers are at it's strongest, but also it's most dangerous. Thunder Breathing helps her control her powers and to focus that energy into her sword.
Weaknesses: 10,000 bolts of electricity is the limit to an electric charge build up. Idk what else lol
