Hey guys I know it has been a very very long time since i uploaded but iv been moving colleges and doing work and family stuff.

(Lia's POV)
We have been running now for around 6 hours and I think Beth is going to pass out soon and I couldnt mind a rest before tomorrow's training begins. I needed to kill again and i could smell i close by pack. "Wait here" I threw my bag at her as i started to walk away.
"Wait, where are you going?" She ran up behind me and I could see the panic in her eyes at being left alone. I just smiled at her, showing her the red in my eyes and she seem to notice.
"Dont set up camp we will be leaving in around an hour for another hours run then we will set up camp" I told her and she nodded and sat down by the bags and pulled out some chocolate. I just stared at her with my eyebrow raised. Giggleing she ate her chocolate. Seriously the girl is basically becoming a rouge and she brings chocolate as her 'essential'. As though reading my mind she said "I have to have chocolate or else I become irritated and grumpy"
I just smirked and stripped ready to shift. Beth looked at the ground next to her not wanting to look at me whilst i was naked. I leaned down and grabbed her chin so she looks at my face "Lesson number one, be comfortable with being in your birthday suit or else you will die" She just nodded as i turned away from her and shifted.

It took me 10 minutes to get to the packs territory which i just wondered onto. It then took another 5 minutes for the pack to send someone to come and clear me off. It turned out to be a smallish blonde wolf who was obviously a female by her size and a medium sized grey wolf which i black patch over his eye. I gave them a wolfy grin with my eyes now shinning bright red at the sound of their blood pumping through their vains, which just made my mouth water even more. As they caught sight of who I was they obviously knew my reputation and took a step back.
The grey wolf shifted into his human form and I followed suit. I gave him a once over and noticed he's bigger in human form than he should be, meaning he's working out to higher his ego for his smaller than normal wolf. I couldnt help the small snigger that escaped my lips at his erm... boldness. He growled a little "Daddy's looking for you, Princess" He sneered out the last bit and his eyes turned amber.
"Oh yes pops I forgot about him how is he these days? I hope he isnt dead yet that would be a shame" The sarcasm dripped acidly from every word that spilled from my mouth. I took a step closer to him in a dangerous manner and growled loudly to show my dominance over him. I noticed the blonde wolf had worry etched into her wolfy face, she's his mate. This is going to be fun. "How about this tiny we make a deal. I wont rip apart your mate and drink every tasty drop from her, if I can have you for a meal tonight?"
After my proposal he growled lowly at the threat of his mate and she shifted to her human form to reveal how tiny and petite she is with blonde hair and bright blue eyes which made me flinch a little as they reminded me of Alex's blue orbs. "Listen bitch you will not tough me or my mate understand" She almost shouted at me as she stepped forward to be held back by her mate. I laughed at her boldness I could snap her with my little finger. Yup she's going to be my messanger.
"OK enough playing around im bored already and God im oh so hungry." I just said non chalently as i wrapped a vine around her neck and pulled her high in the tree's. Her mate dived to get at her but i pulled her too high for him to reach. The look of defeat in his face when he turned to me was as clear as day.
