In the Borderland

Prologue

It was another normal day in the busy street of Shibuya, People chatting with each other, some were off to work, and some were about to go home

"It's so hot today, "-a girl who possesses a silk curled black hair said. She's wearing a vintage white dress from Dior that has a purple floral design that reaches 5 inches below her knee she paired it with white string stilettos from Jimmy Choo on her neck there lies a pearl necklace, and paired it with pearl earrings in her hands lies 3 different rings and a watch from Rolex lies in her wrist and holding her white Chanel bag, her name is L/n Y/n



Y/n wait for the walk light to turn green when suddenly 6 Meteorites entered Earth, Y/n watched it in the sky and the next thing she knew one of those things landed in Shibuya causing large casualties before everything went black

"Hello?"-Y/n asked in the darkness, she saw a small light, she walks towards that light and saw a table that has two chairs, the other chair was occupied by a person wearing an all-black. Y/n sit in front of the person "you play cards?"-Y/n asked

"No this is for borderland"

"Borderland?"-Y/n asked, "Yes do you want to know how borderland works?"

"Yes please"

"Well Borderland is an alternative place to a certain City, for example, Shibuya City, Shibuya City is a busy street and always filled with people but in the borderland, Shibuya City is the same in terms of appearance but, there isn't a lot of people.

Borderland is a Game area, you participate in the Game to get a visa if you have a visa you can stay in the Borderland, but if your Visa runs out a laser will suddenly appear out of nowhere and shot you in the skull to send you home, there are four types of game in the borderland, the Diamond, Spade, Club, and Heart. Diamond requires Intelligence, Spade requires Physical; Strength and stamina this game is the most violent one since this involves combat, meaning you need to fight your enemy in order to survive, oh you can also use weapons in Spade, next are Clubs, Clubs id know for Game of balance, it's the combination of Diamond and Spade, lastly Heart the cruelest out of four, Heart is a Psychology Game, it means that during the game, there will be betrayals, Heart game is the most hated game in groups since it tests how much of importance your connection in that person.

In the games there will be a time limit and sometimes none, it also has rules and conditions, Cards only serve to inform you what kind and Level of difficulty you will be playing, and only that so it doesn't need to collect the cards, Oh and If you fail or get out of the Gaming zone you will be laser quickly"-The man explains and Yanna just listen attentively to him, as e continues to give information about borderland to her

"Well you that's all we are here enjoy your game"-The man said, Y/n just smile and open her eyes, once she opened her eyes and isolated Shibuya city welcomed her "he didn't lie it was all true"-Y/n said and look around her to see if there's someone with her

Y/n strolls around the place trying to find a companion but she remembers what the unknown man said 'it's better to work alone, it also not bad to have a companion but it gets tricky when you have to play heart games' therefore Y/n gave up the idea of finding a companion and decided to play alone

"It's for the best"-Y/n said and walks into a convenience store luckily the food aren't expired, so Y/n went to the freezer, and luckily the ice wasn't melted yet she took one and takes her all-time favorite watermelon drink

Y/n excites the store and looks around she saw a path where the lamps are illuminated, in all the paths this path is the only one that has lights 'if you saw a certain path that has electricity, that will lead you to the game area' 

Right that's what he said "I guess I'll be having my first game"-Y/n said and follows the path

once she arrives at the game area Y/n was stared at especially by a certain long-haired man who has a piercing and a rifle in his back, well they all probably thinking if she is in the right mind playing with her outfit (her outfit was still same she haven't changed in comfortable one)

Registration closed. there is a total of 9 participants. The game will now commence. Please chose a sit

Y/n randomly choose a sit and place her drink on the table before stretching her arms, then suddenly a belt wrapped around her waist 'this must be the thing that will kill me if I failed'

The game is Uno, you will be given a total of 7 cards-

Yanna didn't bother to listen since she already plays this game a lot well you can say she is a veteran in this, Y/n felt uncomfortable because the man in front of her keeps staring at her "Niragi stay focused on your game"-the man beside Niragi said making Y/n reliefs since the Niragi guy stop staring at her

the game started, the machine automatically distribute Y/n smiles when she saw her cards, it wasn't bad she have five random colored cards with different numbers and three cards of 6 with different colors

Y/n keeps three cards of six, right now she has a total of 10 cards and she was have to draw two more cards, Y:n draws the cards and smiles seeing the red card of six, Y/n places down her three cards of four, after the one beside her place down plus 2 the guy refuse to look at Y/n, therefore she places down plus four and chooses color blue, the man beside her place down a blue reverse card Y/n places down another plus four, the man next to her watch in horror as he needs to draw five cards

Y/n sips her drink and holds her last four cards it was her turn and the man before him changed the color to yellow, Y/n doesn't really care whatever the color is since she have all the colors of the number 6, Y/n smiled and place down the four cards making her the winner, only four people will survive, and Y/n is the first one to survive, and the second winner was given to the Niragi guy the third and fourth is for the other two guys who are with Niragi earlier

the game finishes and eliminates the other 5 players, Y/n didn't bother to take the card she just left after the game
