Y/n's POV

I sat silently watching the love of my life Egg get it on with some girl from our college. I felt so fucking pissed off that he'd choose some bitchy pick me girl over me!

She only wants to be with him because he's popular and eccentric. I mean- he wears a old school tv on his head all the time. And in a small town like this, where nothing ever changes and nothing new can be found anywhere. He immediately got really popular. He became sort of a new spark of colour in the dull, beige town.

But I have been watching him sense long before he dawned that mask. We were best friends growing up.
But he's changed a lot since then. he's been sleeping around more and is always going to party's.

He hasn't talked to me for a while now. I overheard some of the other popular kids warning him to stay away from me.
They were saying thing like "she's really weird and I see her staring at you all the time" and " I'm 50% sure that I saw her leave the school with blood on her hands before"

Of course I delt with them. I made it look like an accidental overdose.

I can't have them taking the love of my life away from me now can I?

Having been lost in my thoughts for so long I only now realize there is a small argument going on with the two I was watching.
The girl was quickly putting her clothes on, looking annoyed. While Egg was trying to get her to come back to bed
He was saying something about how "the mask stays on" and "not to touch it again"

I smile to myself as I see the girl leave Egg's house and get in her car and leave. I take note of her car and license plate and look down to the front door the see that whore left it wide open.

I look away from it and back into the window to see Egg still there in his room looking boardley at his phone.

I suddenly become aware of the small plastic baggie with 3 pills in it in my hoodie pocket.

I smirk to myself before skilfully climbing down the tree, and quietly entering his house.

Once I enter I make my way to the kitchen and find a half eaten box of small cupcakes.
They where chocolate with red frosting and sprinkles that we're really weirdly sized for the small cupcakes.

But that was something I could use to my advantage. The big crunchy sprinkles should cover for the crunch of the pills and the chocolate should cover any texture or taste.

Just as I finish hiding the 3 pills in some of the cupcakes I heard a creek at the top of the stairs. I quickly and quietly bolt through the front door and hide in the bush right outside of the kitchen window.

I hear quiet curses as I hear him slam the front door shut and walk over to the kitchen, still on his phone now looking slightly more pissed off than before.
