"Seems like we both underestimated each other, so I'll make this a little easier for you," the tall guy said, reaching back for his weapon. "Let's duel. Just me and you."

"Iris!" Zephyr yelled from afar. "Are you okay? What happened to the White House?!"

"They broke the radio system... So I couldn't report anything except for the dots on the communicators..." President Phake said.

"Why didn't you get to a safe place, Mr. President?" Zephyr asked.

"No matter what happens, the base must not be revealed!" President Phake stated bluntly.

"What about you, Iris? Were you seriously planning on taking these five people on your own? They might have something to do with all of the crimes going on," Zephyr replied.

"I'm trying to figure out a way of getting it from them," I said. "But he just challenged me to a duel."

"Hmm, if you're able to beat me up, what are your terms? I could reveal all of my plans, or just not disturb this country ever again," the guy said. "If you want to know, my name is Cameron. And we can just end everything here if you beat me."

"Wait, seriously?" I gasped.

"Seriously," Cameron replied. "But if I win... heh, who knows what'll happen."

He took out his sword, and a strange purple substance surrounded it. He held it to his side, and a patch of grass disappeared. "Wait, Iris, we haven't encountered someone like him before! Didn't you see that? The fucking grass disappeared when the purple stuff touched it!" Zephyr panicked, grabbing his sword and shield. "It's too dangerous! Don't take the risk, please!"

"There's nothing else I can do!" I yelled back, staring at the purple stuff, thinking, "What the fuck is that?"

"Fine," Zephyr muttered, putting his weapons away.

"Ready when you are," Cameron grinned.

I took out my gun with my right hand and shot a few times. As I expected, he waved his sword around, the bullets disappearing from sight. Rendering the gun as basically useless at this point, I charged towards him. "Fucking hell, Iris, you're NOT losing your sword!" Zephyr yelled, running towards me.

The four people behind Cameron charged towards Zephyr, and I immediately skidded to a stop. "Zephyr!" I screamed.

"Relax, they're just holding him back. He can't interfere. This is a duel," Cameron said. "Come."

My thumb went over a small button, and I remembered that President Phake had proposed an idea when my sword was being created by the Smith family. I jumped and lunged towards Cameron, and he smirked when he swung his sword towards mine. Right before our swords hit, I pressed the button, and a sheath appeared, covering my sword's blade He swung so hard that I flipped backwards from the impact, and the sheath disappeared, as I expected. "But..." Cameron muttered. "When did that..."

"I'm a light weight, so I guess you didn't have time to make my entire sword disappear since I was able to leap back before you touched my sword with your purple stuff," I said. "Also, I told you that technology was more advanced than you thought."

"Maybe you have your extra sheaths and stuff, but you have no idea what I'm capable of," Cameron growled, the purple stuff around his sword disappearing. "Size me up."

I charged towards him again, and I swung counterclockwise. He stood idly by and, with a swift motion of his hand, used his sword to clash with mine. I felt a strange, sheer force and gripped my sword harder, falling over and rolling at least ten feet away. I didn't take any damage, but what the fuck? How can he be that strong? "Iris!" Zephyr shouted, struggling against the four other people.

I ignored Zephyr and charged towards Cameron again. Instead of clashing swords with him again, I waited until he swung his sword towards me and jumped up, shooting some bullets at Cameron. Doing a front flip over him with high hopes, I saw him activate the purple substance again, causing the bullets to disappear. I tried to stab him from behind, but he turned around quickly and grabbed my sword with his free hand to the point where his hand was bleeding. In desperation, I took out my gun and shot him everywhere. He used his sword to make all of those bullets disappear, and at this point, I was mashing the sheath button in case he used his sword to make mine disappear. He pulled me towards him as I tried to pull my sword back. Then he grabbed the sword handle and lifted it up. Only then was I able to realize that he's about seven feet tall. He swung me around, preparing to throw me somewhere, and when he threw me towards the ground in front of Zephyr, I shot a random bullet. "It hit!" Zephyr cheered.

I looked up after faceplanting the ground, seeing that Cameron was bleeding through his right shoulder. His teammates seemed unfazed. "I can't feel pain. I have a supernatural strength. And I have a substance called antimatter. I think we both know who will win this fight, Iris," Cameron grinned.

I stood back up as Cameron approached the President, the President's wife, and Angelina. "No! Stop!" I yelled, sprinting towards Cameron, who elbowed me in the arm, causing me to stumble back. "Fuck."

The purple substance, probably the antimatter he mentioned, was surrounding his sword, and I ran towards Cameron again, making it in front of him. He shot some of the purple substance towards Angelina, who screamed. I activated the sheath and made the antimatter disappear. I backed up, suddenly intimidated by Cameron again, and tripped over a rock. Now I was in a sitting position. "I win," Cameron said, his sword flashing towards me.

I lifted my sword up and scooted forward, activating the sheath in an attempt to last a little longer in life.
