𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐱

We walked inside a kitchen, I saw a girl chopping at something, "Hi, we're looking for Suzie." I said.

"Don't know. Don't care." The girl replied, "That's too much salt, Peter. Father's kidneys! Father's kidneys!"

Then the lights cut out, causing me to look up.

"Cornelius!" I heard someone yell, "How many times do I have to tell you? That is not a toy. Come on." We watched as she dragged the boy away.

We followed her upstairs but then came to a stop, "Who the hell are you?" She asked argyle.

"Argyle. Uh, and you are?" Argyle introduced himself, but he looked a little— how do you say it? 'Shy'.

"Eden." The girl answered, I looked between the both of them with a raised eyebrow.

"Like the garden." Argyle muttered, "Wow. okay, uh, we're looking for Suzie." I said, butting in their conversation.

"Do you know where she is?" Will asked, "Third floor, second door on your left." Eden answered.

That's when I hurried and searched for Suzie, I hadn't heard what Eden said.

I opened the door to Suzie's room, I looked around and noticed she wasn't in there.

Will sighed, "Well, great, she's not here." He said.

I then looked over at the open window, "'Give her a shove'." I said.

I walked over to the window and poked my head out, that's where I saw suzie on the roof.

"Suzie!" I called out, she turned to us, "Yeah?" She said, then her eyes widen when she saw us.

"Who the heck are you?" Suzie asked, "And what are you doing in my room?"

"Sorry, that's...that's fair." Mike said, "No, listen. We're Dustin's friends." Will added.

"Yeah." Mike said, I nodded in agreement, "We really need your help." I said.

I sat in a chair that was by Suzie's bed, as Mike and everyone else explained why we were here.

Then the lights had shut off again, then it came back on.

"Unless..." Suzie turned to us, I cocked and eyebrow, "Unless?" I repeated.

"There might be a way." Suzie said, "But we're gonna need help."

I stood up from my seat, glancing over at Will.

"And I mean a lot of help." Suzie continued, "Alright." Argyle said.

We were now in a office, I stood beside Suzie as the lights turned back on.

"And we're in." Suzie said, I watched as the computer turned on, "Holy sh...heck. Oh holy heck. You did it." Mike said.

"Hold your applause. I don't see an address." Suzie said as she began typing, "'Office'. Try 'Office'." Jonathan said.

"What is all this?" Suzie asked, I saw a bunch of words appear on the computer, "Maybe it's hidden in the code?" Jonathan suggested.

"What you just said makes no sense." Mike said, "Hold your butts. I'll trace the IP." Suzie added.

"The...The I-what?" Will asked confusedly, "The internet protocol address. It's a unique numerical label given to all information technology connected to the internet." Suzie explained.

"What's the internet?" Jonathan asked, "Don't worry about it. It's gonna change the world." Suzie said.

"What's happening now?" I asked, "I'm running the IP through a geolocation software. Basically a form of data mining." Suzie said.

"Bingo." Suzie said, i hard a beeping sound and then a flash of green blinded my eye causing me to cover it.

"Nevada? Can you print this?" I asked her, "No, my skills end at IP geolocation." Suzie answered.

Then I heard the printer whirring, "You were being sarcastic." I said.

Suzie handed me the printer paper and we headed out the office, "Hi father. You look like you need a nap." Suzie said.

We all ran down the stairs, i almost slipped but caught myself, like I said before, I wanted to sleep.

"Slow down!" The father yelled, I opened the front door and walked outside.

"Dustin's right. You're a certified genius." Mike said, I nodded in agreement.

"I think we just spooked a skunk." Suzie added, we walked over to the van and when we opened it we saw argyle and Eden inside, the car full of smoke.

"Yo. My dudes, any luck?" Argyle asked, I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms.
