Then another.
And another.
Boulders flew across the city as a deformed, gigantic humanoid beetle, almost looking like it was made out of stone, destroyed it ruthlessly. It stomped on cars, crushed small buildings, and tore down skyscrapers larger than it as though they were made from cardboard. In the middle of the wreckage, however, there was a small blue blur, zipping from one piece of debris to another as lightning became one with his body.
He was as fast as light and as confident as.. whatever very confident thing he struggled to come up with! Meanwhile, the creature was just some slow, rocky guy who had no way to see him coming. Sure, it was gigantic but the bigger they are the harder they fall, right? One good blow to the head would do it. So, with all the speed he could muster, the figure rocketed off everywhere he could to deliver a super kick at the creature's hea-
The young man was shot into the stratosphere by an emerging stone pillar.
He flew for a considerable amount of time, knocked out from the blow, completely at gravity's mercy. The only reason he didn't explode the moment he hit the ground was because he was caught by a flaming figure once he fell back into the troposphere.
"Sorry I took so long, Talon," Sun Stone said, laying the boy on the ground, her gaze locked onto the giant in the distance. "Gee, is that what's been causing all this trouble? Whatever, I'll get you back to health, hold still."
As the girl extended her hand to cast a healing light, she finally got a good look at him, taking note of his brown hair and star-covered jumpsuit, as well as his jet skates and digital-looking visor-
Wait, what?
That didn't look like Moon Talon at all!
"Who the hell are you?" she asked, her light slightly burning the unknown person by accident as she lost focus. Getting no response, she was forced to shake him awake. "Hey!"
"H-huh..?" he groaned, blinking to take in the sunlight.

"Who are you and what have you done to Talon?"
"..I'm DJ," he groaned, fading in and out of consciousness,"But who's that.. and who are you?"
"Don't you play dumb with me," Sun Stone growled as she raised her hand and a red flagpole materialized, a crest-like symbol on the flag itself. "You know exactly who he is."
The boy jolted awake as the flag was stabbed into the pavement, just an inch from his nose.

"AGH," he rolled to the side, "I don't even know who you are, much less that Talon guy, I swear!"
"Right," Sun Stone slammed her boot onto his chest, "As if I'll just take your word for it."
"AGH-" he sputtered in pain, "I'm serious!"
He tried to stand up, but Sun Stone had him completely pinned down.
"I don't like interrogating people like this, but I gotta get you to talk somehow," she said, pressing harder.
DJ began to panic, "Why are you asking me about things I don't know!? I'm not the bad guy! Heck, I was trying to fight THAT bad guy!"
The boy engulfed himself in lightning and zipped off in the beast's direction, thinking he escaped Sun Stone's grasp. Still, nothing had prepared him for a car to suddenly begin glowing with a yellow aura and float right in his way. One of its doors swung open and scooped DJ up, the door then closing to contain him. Sun Stone clenched her hand and brought it close to her chest as the yellow light copied, bringing the vehicle right to her. As the aura faded, DJ quickly tried to jump out from the car to make his escape, just to be grabbed by Sun Stone again and pulled in with her. The two were shut in.
