"Sigh"exclaimed a man in a restaurant."Is no one strong in this era at all?.The man was dressed all in black wearing a black hat and draped in a black cloak.He was sipping some ice lemon tea while watching the TV in the restaurant.Suddenly,The door burst open."SCARLET ANDERSON!PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR! shouted one of three officers.He took but a glance before letting out another sigh,"They sent you three?Don't make me laugh"Before standing up and turning around.The police officers aimed their guns at the man as he exclaimed"It's SCARLET to you three pieces of garbage"Before jumping up and throwing hundreds of knives all over the restaurant piercing each and everyone in the restaurant.One by one,each knife pierced through their skin and then followed a blood curling scream of agony before dying.He landed back down as he said"I wonder when some one will be as good as me Scarlet Anderson".
"Argh!Screamed a man in the meeting."When the hell are we gonna kill that maniac"he screamed."Commander,I know the situation is not in our best opinion but we must think clearly to kill this man"said Hunter."Sigh,I guess your right Hunter,luckily we have someone from the POWER Project here"he said."Well even so,we need a plan and quick,that man has killed thousands and thousands of innocent people,5789 to be exact including the three policeman that died few days ago"Said Daniel.Hunter stood up abruptly,"I'm going for a walk" he said as he left the room."Frick,we need another plan"said the commander,"even though the last 20 failed?said Daniel."I think we should put a bounty on his head for around 100 million dollars no,1 billion"."Nah,that won't work even if the whole fricking world had guns turned on him nothing will change he'll kill em all"said the commander."What we need is 1 team of around 2-4 people who are capable of killing him,we need to reduce the casualties not increase them"said the commander.
While on his walk,he was thinking
"5 years in that lab and I'm still not able to kill that cockroach"said Hunter flashing back to five years ago,back in 2017."The POWER Project is a project where scientists experiment on you and train you to be so strong to be stronger than a normal human being and have powers.mine was enhanced strength and movement.I was 25% faster than the fastest man alive.Five years there and yet I still can't beat the hell out of that guy,hell I have never even seen that maniac's face.Plus I'm one of the first people to get out of the project or more specific finish it.Only 5 people did but they all died,only Im still alive.They all died to Scarlet,that maniac".
He finally snapped out of it and continued on his walk.When he reached a shop.He continued to walk when he spotted a young teen walking on his left.He was wearing a jacket and jeans and a t-shirt.He noticed that he had a mark on his neck and said to himself,"ok".
Suddenly,both of them heard a lady screaming "STOP THAT MAN HE STOLE MY HANDBAG!.A man dressed in black had stolen a lady's handbag.Before Hunter could even react,the teen leaped forward and punched the guy right on the face at full force,making him caugh out blood.He quickly pinned him down"Should I do it?"the teen said to himself.Then he put his arm near his as if he was going to bite his thumb clean off when he saw a little boy and his mom Infront of him.He stared for a while before shouting "Frick think you Idiot!as he proceeded to put his hands together then shouting before knocking the theif clean out.He stared for a while before getting up and handing the lady her handbag.He stared at his hands asking himself "What The Hell Was I Thinking"."Hey kid"called out Hunter.The teen stared at Hunter as he asked what his name was.He looked at him before saying "Jacob".
