The lake

Part One-It Only Just Began

    It was a cold fall evening when Alice and Jane were walking through past the lake, they took this way to Alice's house everyday. They were able to see the house, but something stopped them dead in their tracks, a sudden cold brisk chill went down their spines and they didn't feel alone anymore. They look at each other in fear and looked around. No one not a soul, but still felt like a million eyes were watching them.

  Alice heard a noise behind her she turns around and looks, Jane screams and a splash is heard in the lake. Alice turns around and Jane is gone. Alice runs towards the house. as she is running it starts to sound like there is a hundred people running around her. She reached the gate, but right as she reached for it, shadows surrounded her. Alice's screams are heard for miles. Alice and Jane become the fourth and fifth victim. 

  Sheriff Forge arrives the next day at Alice's home, Alice's mom called her in missing and Forge is praying that his daughter isn't missing as well. He is exhausted and puzzled "what sick monster is making these young girls disappear?" he asks himself while stepping up to the front door. After talking to Alice's mom and hearing the dreadful news that Jane didn't come back either. He walks down to where deputy Lu Lu was.

"Hey boss we have something over here." Deputy Lu Lu called out. Forge quickly walks over hoping its a good clue "what do you got Lu Lu, please tell me that it's an actual clue."  "Possibly, you need to brace yourself though."

  Forge froze in his tracks when he saw a coat soaked in blood next to the river bank, it looks just like the one Jane was wearing the day before, Forge  shakingly ask "please tell me that's not Janes."  "I'm afraid so boss, her wallet was in the pocket." Forges face turns red and he breaks down.

"GOD FUCKING DAMMIT, I CAN'T TAKE ANYMORE OF THIS FUCKING SHIT. WHAT FUCKING MONSTER OF A PERSON IS TAKING THESE YOUNG GIRLS!" Forge breaks down and screams. Everyone went silent and just looked at him with sympathy, they all know that Jane will never be seen again. "Why don't you go back to the station and I will bring back any evidence that we find back." Lu Lu said in a sympathetic voice.

  Forge gets back to the truck, after a minute of driving he has to pull over because he can't hold it anymore. He breaks down screaming, crying all while punching the steering wheel. "I knew this would Fucking happen I should've listened, but now its to late."

  On the way to the station, he thinks of what he can do, how he can stop all this, who can trust in telling, who he can trust in asking for help. When Forge gets to his office, he goes to his desk and unlocks a secret compartment in the drawer and pulls out a big wooden box. Right at that moment Lu Lu walks in, "what you got there boss." Forge walks up behind her and closes the blinds and locks the door. "Boss your scaring me." Lu Lu said unsure what to do.

"Lu Lu I need your help, I knew these disappearances would happen and I didn't listen. In this box contains everything, you cannot tell anyone what I'm about to show you or tell you. Promise me I can trust you." Forge stares at Lu Lu intensely. 

"I promise you can trust me, if we can stop this I will do anything that helps." Lu Lu says scared and confused. "Good, I don't know if we can stop it but I am sure gonna try." Forge says in a confident voice while placing the box down on the desk.
