Brick wall

Y/N POV:

Did I really have to go on this stupid mission with some guy who I've never met from KorTac, all the information a know about him is his name..it's like König or something. At least Horangi is coming, I've known him ever since I was a kid but when it comes to König I don't even know what he looks like.

I assume he's German or something like that, I don't know I'm expecting but hopefuly he's at least nice.

I've been walking around for hours but I can't seem to find anyone, until, I run into what feels like a brick wall, I quickly look up and boy was I surprised, it wasn't in fact a brick wall..it was a...very tall man, I think this might be my guy.

"Hey uhm, are you König?"

I was hesitant to ask just incase it's not him but...I'm pretty sure it is since...from what I've heard, He's pretty tall and scary, so..I think it's him.

"Yea..that's me. And you must be Y/N"

His thick German accent made it a bit of an issue to understand him but I didn't mind a lot, but, it was a bigger problem to talk to him, I had to strain my neck to look up at him.

Once I started talking to him I noticed something, his body language changed, he seemed almost..nervous. His posture stiffened up and he fidgeted with his hands, I cringed hoping I didn't scare him..but I couldn't possibly scare someone as big as him.

But something really caught my eye..there was a bulge in his pants, I mean it wasn't stiff but, it was there..if he's not even hard and there is still a bulge...this guy must be hung like a horse, jeez what has gotten into me..why would I even think that. König cleared his throat and crossed his arms.

"Staring is rude, let's get going Anfänger"

"Uhm..what?" This might be stupid but...I never bothered to learn German

"Rookie." König stared down at me as he translated

I laugh nervously as I try to avoid his heavy stare. König quickly started walking somewhere I followed closely behind him, making sure I didn't lose him, but losing a guy that looks like he's 7 feet tall would be a challenge. But he was pretty fast for his size, but I made sure to stay close.

"Hey! Uhm how tall are you" Curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to know

"6'10." He said back without making eye contact

"Wow! You're...really big" I nervously blurted out

"Mhm.." He replied in a neutral tone

I laughed awkwardly once again, the strange awkward tension between us was making a very strange aura around us.

After a few minutes of walking and awkward small talk we stop walking in front of Horangi, he seemed a bit occupied talking to someone I also didn't know so I decided it was my job to get his attention.

"Yo Horangi" I exclaimed

"I'm busy." He responded

"C'mon tiger it's important" I was the only one who called him tiger so I hoped he'd recognize that it was me who needed his attention

Horangi turned around and finally noticed that it was me and König who needed his attention

"Oh shit, hey Y/n and König. Is the mission already starting?" Horangi put his thumb behind his military vest

"Yea...wait, you know Y/n?" König said in a confused tone but it was hard to tell through his accent

"Ya! I've known him ever since we were in kindergarten" Horangi said in a happy tone, I could only assume he was smiling but I couldn't tell since he always had that mask and glasses on..but I understand why he does I mean that scar was pretty knarly.

"Oh...cool!" König seemed alot more comfortable around Horangi then me which made me wonder what was up with this guy, maybe he was just shy.

The sound of a helicopter landing alerted all 3 of us. Horangi waved goodbye to his friend and headed towards the helicopter, me and König followed close behind. Apparently someone from 141 was coming with us, I could only hope it was Alejandro and not anyone else because 141 kinda creeped me out. They all look so serious and strong, don't get me wrong having them as an ally and not an enemy was a lot better.

All of us entered the helicopter and my heart sank...Ghost sat in the helicopter closest to the wall...shit. Me and ghost didn't have the best relationship since he is kind of my ex. We locked eyes and Ghost seemed equally as shocked to see me as I was, Horangi stepped beside me and whispered to me

"Oh shittttt" Horangi whispers but he quickly sits down across from König.

I had 2 choices, ignore him or try and make conversation. And I think ignoring him would be the wisest choice here so I sat next to König and hoped he'd also make the same choice.

The mission me, König, Ghost and Horangi were sent on was to get more information about Makarov and try and figure out what his next move would be meaning we'd have to infuriat one of his many bases. This was basically a suicide mission but we have spies on the inside so that should make it easier and as much as I hate to say it, Ghost is a powerhouse. He got brains and brawn so I understand why he was sent with us.

A sigh escaped my lips as the helicopter ascended into the air, this would be a long ride so hopefully there wouldn't be too much tension but it was inevitable. Ghost kept glancing at me which made me uncomfortable and König wasn't very talkative and...well...Horangi fell asleep a few minutes ago, I'd expect nothing less from him. He sleeps a lot in general so I'm not surprised at all, but I at least had a sliver of hope he's stay awake but that was stripped away very quickly.

After about an hour and a half we finally landed, us decending woke up Horangi and he stood up quickly along with everyone else. We were supposed to meet Price there so he could give us a run down of the mission but he wasn't staying sadly.

Our heavy combat boots crushed the gravel beneath our feet, we were placed just a few miles away from Makarov's base, next to a safe house that the rest of 141 had found, We had quite a bit of planning to do since it was still day time and we attack at dawn.

Speak of the devil, price walked in front of al 4 of us and smiled as the most important words of this mission fell from his lips.

"Welcome everyone...to your most difficult mission yet...mission suicide."
