The Parting Rite

A wonderful morning for a cup of tea.Morax or now known as his mortal name Zhongli are preparing his tea for a friend but this time is a bit special.He put a bit more effort in this well because of along time they have departed

Once he is done he is met with a man spark with a dazzling light even he found it mesmerising

"Ah Morax looks like you have done brewing your tea"

"Haha yes old friend come we have much more to catch up"

"Very well" Noa stand tall and sit across him enjoying the the nature around him and Zhongli take his time and told him everything that have happened since his disappearance

The city of Liyue is as busy as ever and everything seems crowded.Lumine is in confusion about it and in need of explanation of what is happening right now and she couldn't ask Paimon since she is busy helping Xianling taste her bunch of new recipes

"Traveller?" Well thanks to her luck she heard a voice that might really help her in this situation

"Keqing good morning!" Lumine smile

"Good morning Traveller" she reply with her own smile

"Keqing I have a question what are they doing right now? everyone seems busy as ever" Keqing tilted but soon chuckle

"Oh we are preparing for parting rite" Lumine gave her a confused look

"Well let talk while we walk I will show you something at time we reach our destination" Lumine nodded and soon followed her

"Well like one we made for our Lord Geo, Morax this parting rite is for our other god The Lord of Light, Noa" Then something click in Lumine

"Is this for the sacrifice he did to save Teyvat long ago?" Keqing eyes widen but relaxed soon after

"Oh so you knew about Lord Noa?" Keqing look at her in a bit of amusement well after all she adores Lord Noa as much as Morax himself

"Well Zhongli told me a story about him about he is as otherworldly god that come to Teyvat and save the people from the destruction of an evil god"

"Yeah you are right but that is not all. Back then there is a tale that in time where Liyue was in its low he came and give us his guidance indeed Morax protect the land but Noa he was the one with us create this glorious city all together and that's why we want to thank him.This rite is our gratitude toward him" A small smile appeared.Even though it was tale long ago she couldn't help but admire this god

"Then could I help as well? The rite I mean" Keqing chuckle

"Of course I would be grateful for it" And with that they continue their journey

Along the street Keqing stop by a beautiful florist shop to buy a pair of bouquet fill with white delicate flower and give it one of it to Lumine that got Lumine a bit confused but accepted it anyways

"Where are we heading now Keqing?" Keqing smile and pointed toward her front.There Lumine saw a glorious statue that were filled with flower around it

"That is Noa our loved Lord of light" Lumine could was two people were carve into that glorious piece of art.One is a sentient being with wing on its back that pointed upward and the other wear a robe with a gold pin on his long silky hair although those hair made out of stone she could guess how fluffy it would be if she could touch it

Keqing gesture Lumine to follow her and she did, as they arrive Keqing out her bouquet right Infront of the said statue and clasp her hand together

"I wish for you to have a wonderful life even if you are very far to the unknown as we will forever be grateful for what you have done for us" Keqing step back and push Lumine gently gesture her to do the same as her.Lumine put down the bouquet and interlace her finger together and wish for what she desire the most
