Well I mean it started when they argued about earth and who should rule and who does rule but also is most powerful it started with that I am sure but then angels came to Earth we thought humans were being given a blessing we were wrong it was a curse a curse that would last 5 years this curse was a war which effected everyone humans angels and devils no one wanted it but we had it and there was no going back until someone won which did happen the devils won but kept it a secret what happened that is how it began but what happened during it. Rigantona gets shaken by Rias "Stop getting lost in your thoughts again we are at war we need to focus I know you don't want this and neither do I but we HAVE to fight" said Rias. Rigatona regains focus on what is going on and goes back to lead her army. Rigatona tells the army that you shall only fire at anyone or anything that attacks. Rigatona then gives all the soldiers jet packs and says "the devils and the angels can fly we can't these can make us fly they do need fuel though."
