Law and Order SVU, Neglect

Ch. 2

                                                              Third Person POV 

"Where are we at on the case?' Captain asked, 

"Well as far as we can tell the little girl walked more than six blocks, the trail disappears after that," Elliot said 

"There are signs of abuse, breaks, fractures and sprains that were never treated properly," Olivia said 

"There are no missing children reports in the system matching the girl," Munch said 

"What kind of a parent doesn't report their child missing?" Captain said 

"Probably the same kind that caused the injuries," Tutuola said, 

"All I know is that she is terrified to talk," Olivia said 

"Lets see if Munch and Tutuola have any luck, I want you two to go see if she'll talk to you," Captain said 

"Dr Huang go with them see if you can help," Captain said 

"Elliot, Olivia I want you two to question the clerk again he had to have seen something," Captain said 

                                         Molly POV

I was sitting in bed clutching my teddy bear, after one of the nurse's tried taking blood but they didn't get close, 

Then I see Three men walk in, 

I relax a little bit, 

"Hello sweetheart , This is Detective Finn, This is Mr. Huang, and Don't laugh I'm Detective... Munch," He said 

I tried hard not to laugh but I just held in a smile, 

Detective Munch smiled, 

"We were wondering if we could ask you a few questions," Mr Huang said 

I slowly nodded as I held my teddy tightly with both arms, 

                                          Olivia POV 

We asked the clerk, he said she just wondered in here all by herself, 

"maybe we should ask along the route she walked if anyone seen anything," Elliot said 

I nodded, 

We see a homeless man sitting on a porch, 

"Hey," Elliot said 

"I didn't do anything," The man said starting to walk away, 

"We're not here for you," I said 

"were you here last night," Elliot said 

"Yeah, who wants to know," The man said 

I pulled out a picture, 

"Did you see this girl?" I said showing him the picture, 

"Yeah, poor kid was all by herself walking with no shoes, thought she was a homeless but I have seen her before," The man said 

"Where?" I asked 

"She lives in an apartment building on 31'st street," The man said 

We both look at each other, 

We got in the car, 

"Elliot, she walked twenty blocks," I said 

Elliot nodded, 

                                             Molly POV 

Everyone left except Detective Munch, 

He was smiling at me, I looked down at my Teddy, 

"Molly," I said 

He looked at me, 

"My name is Molly," I said 

"It's nice meting you Molly," He said
