"Sweetheart, is that you?" He asked, with words he couldn't believe he was gonna say again.
"Yes, Mr. K," the siren replied as she was holding back her tears. She missed her family, especially Mr. K who had been a father to her. "Please don't tell the boys yet. I'm here for Autumn and Garrett's wedding."
She couldn't believe how she was able to say those sentences without stuttering or breaking down in tears. Realizing that she was really in Los Santos after hearing her father's voice, made her heart ache... in a good way.
The gang leader looked at the black and red Tesla that drove out of the CG mansion's garage.
Talk about perfect timing. He told himself and shook his head with the thought.
"Not until you tell me everything that happened, April," the old man said sternly as if telling her that she should not deny him the truth.
"I'm staying at The Mond, we can talk here," she suggested, to which he agreed and immediately took out his car to drive to the hotel.
On his way to the hotel, the rest of CG were losing their mind on the radio over a bank robbery they just did earlier that day. The dragon immediately turned off the radio before Ramee could even mald about the cop chase they had.
"It's my day off from my multi-million dollar businesses, we could hit another bank. I can hack that shit with my eyes closed," Ramee bragged over the radio. "What do you think, K?" he asked his leader but didn't receive an answer.
"Damn, donowalled by K," Taco commented and laughed.
Ramee shook his head and continued driving his new Tesla, testing the speed limit. His addiction to fast, expensive cars had turned into a successful business; with Vultur Lé Culturé expanding to VLC Imports that buys and sells luxury cars.
As he was driving through Rockford Hills, his phone rang with Ray Mond's number on the screen. He pulled over in front of his old mansion and answered the call. "What's up Ray?"
"Hey, Ramee! Just wondering if you know where K is?" The lady asked, which made him curious. The two never had the best relationship.
"No idea, Ray. I haven't heard from him all day," he answered.
"Oh, I see. Thanks, Ramee! What are you up to right now, by the way?"
"Just driving around. Why?" he was already skeptical of her questions.
"I was just wondering if you're free later today. I have a feeling that we will have a gang meeting or something," she carelessly rambled.
He tapped the steering wheel with his fingers and tried to think of a way to make the leaker do her thing, but he wasn't successful. The woman already said goodbye and ended the call before he could even respond.
With the engine turned on, he was about to drive away when someone knocked on his window. He rolled them down and smiled at the blonde woman.
"Hey, Carmella," he greeted her.
"Hey Ramee, what are you doing here?" the bombshell asked with her usual giddy voice. "Is it bad if I assume that you missed this place?"
Ramee chuckled and confirmed her assumption, even if it was a lie. "I spent millions on this place," he said defensively.
She giggled as he unlocked the doors to his car, inviting her to go on a drive with him. The woman smiled at the invitation and gladly hopped into the car. "New car?"
"Yeah, I just bought it a week ago," he answered and glanced at his ex-fiancé. "How have you been, Carmella?"
"Nothing new, just being the baddest bitch in Los Santos," Carmella confidently said as she flipped her hair. He chuckled at her answer and was amused at the woman's confidence; one of the reasons why he once dated her, and wanted to marry her if he wasn't so hung up with a certain redheaded popstar.
