When Y/n was sent to go into the Mushroom Kingdom to go look for the man named SMG4 by SMG1 & SMG2, the Meme-Lord was surprised to see someone like Y/n aka SMG5 that can create anything including memes with his own imagination as they both see each other as brothers. Overtime, he would even ask Y/n for some advice or any ideas for a good meme, or just find a way to get out of a dangerous situation, especially if Mario was the cause of the problem, which Y/n gladly helps him out and gives him the credit for the help he does with his memes.
There were some tough times between the two like how he accused SMG3 of creating his own production company for his YouTube Channel or how stressed he really was on getting more subs on his channel before the big 5 million subscriber celebration or finding out his true origin that drove him insane, but Y/n is always there to help out his bro whenever something bad happens between the two.
