(Snowy's POV)
When I realized I'm not a werewolf my heart dropped. Instead I'm a cat. How does this type of thing happen? I am now in complete shock.
So since I now have to hide what I am I will have to never shift. "I'm sorry Maria we're going to have to keep this a secret from everyone." I had to say that so we wouldn't get hurt.
"It's ok you will just have to let me run every once in a while." Maria replied then cut our connection off.
As soon as she cut our connection off I shifted back and decided to go back to the party. When we got there, I headed to my friends when I bumped in to the soon to be Alpha, Asher.
When I bumped into him, Maria started screaming "MATE, MATE, MATE, MATE, MATE." I couldn't believe that he was my mate. This was going to make keeping my secret harder. Out of all people it had to be him.
